- OKOlga KMApr 26, 20261.0This place is absolutely unacceptable. The staff are doing a terrible job — rude, unprofessional, and often not even present at their posts. The showers are filthy and clearly not being cleaned. I waited for two hours and the line moved by only two people. Completely disorganized and disrespectful to customers. Avoid at all costs.

- GGGusApr 23, 20261.0Poor customer service. They have one person cleaning showers and helping drivers in the lot 😔. I've witness six drivers come out after using the shower no one comes in and clean the shower so it will be ready for the next driver in line. I've complained 3 different times they simply don't care. I'll never come back here again it's inefficient they need some training on customer service and efficiency. Drivers coming tired they want to take a shower ,eat. they're running on a tight schedule: we don't have time for this circus 🎪

- JHJeffery HarringtonApr 17, 20261.0Bought a shower at 7:30 they took there time an acted like the showers was last option got a manager here Mrs.dawn an the other staff so don’t know why they are so backed up will not be getting a shower here anymore didn’t get my shower till 10:30
