  I'm so glad that I found this place! The service was outstanding. Lorenzo was very courteous and efficient. I was in and out quickly. I will definitely keep coming back.

  I really would give them a 1/2 of a star. Shawquan the Assistant Manager has a very poor low level of customer service skills. I would Not recommend the Seffner location on MLK. They are liars about the service they actually provide. They check fluids and make excuses for not topping them off. He didn't have to common courtesy to advise they do Not check power steering fluids or brake fluids, they probably didn't top off the windshield fluid, maybe that's against the company policy as well. My sister has used this location for years 🤬. Not anymore!!!! I'm thinking about filling a claim with the BBB!

  Anytime we come to get our oil changed my husband immediately looks around for Joe to be there! He always does a great and thorough job and never tries to get you to add on things for the money. Joe is straight up with what you need and don’t need at the time. We’ve been coming here for years and don’t plan on stopping.

  I don’t typically write reviews, but when you receive exceptional customer service time and time again, it deserves recognition. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, and every visit has been a great experience. The store manager is fantastic, and the entire team consistently goes above and beyond to help. As a woman who would normally rather avoid car-related places, I feel especially comfortable and well taken care of here. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, friendly, and professional service.

  I always have a great experience at this oil change shop! The staff is friendly, professional, and they get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. A special shoutout to Shaquan—he always helps me and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and truly provides excellent customer service. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and Shaquan is one of them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fast, reliable service!
