  Mr David with braids was such a humble guy very professional and went out his way to be helpful, then gave me a mobile mechanic reference, top notch , worth your time n money ,, not many ppl like them out here , I’ve been paranoids with mechanic out here ripping ppl off ,, thank you David !!! You’re amazing , hope you get a raise you deserve it !!!

  O6/20/26 Approximately 7:30 am Drove to store to purchase battery/ air filters and upon entering store there was no one at registers so I waited and hesrd some movement in the back room and said Good morning to employee. He looked at me and kept doing what he was doing so I browsed about the displays in front of registers. 2 or 3 minutes go by and I say good morning once again to employee. He finally starys walking to front register and once again I said to him Good morning, it's too esrly to be working this hard , and he pays to me yeah, what can I do for you, so thinking he didn't hear me again I said good morning. This is the 4th time so I said to him I'm wishing you a good morning and his reply was " I'm not required to say good morning "... wow! So I told him hence it's the beginning of our day and I greet all retailers with respect . I asked him for his name and he didn't answer right away so I asked again and he said his name is David. I also asked forthe store number which he pointed with his chun up towards the front door and I said thank you and i will be reporting you to corporate. I snapeed a picture of the sign and went to my cat and called Ananbelle the district mgr. She was attentive and got my name and number. I lso tried calling Noel- supervisor to no avail. I know how much retail sucks with workers. They mostly have to work weekends, but, even if you aren't required to greet your guest,it's bad practice.

  Terrible service, stood at the register trying to do a refund and the employees were too busy running around the store with their friends, playing and giggling to help a customer. Then once I finally got the return completed, I asked if they had a product and Instead of looking up my item they said, "it may be down that isle" and went back to playing with their friends. Will take my business to another auto parts store in the area. Horrible customer service and these "children" should not be employed since they cant seem to act professional or like adults.
