  VERY KIND AND UNSERSTANDING. WAIT TIME WASN'T LONG. MY CAR HAD BEEN IN IN AN ACCIDENT. I CALLED AND THEY HAD A CAR WAITING FOR ME. MY HUSBAND PASSED A WEEK LATER AND I LEFT TOWN. THE RENTAL CAR WAS AT MY HOME. I CALLED THEM AFTER RECEIVING A POLITE TEXT SAYING MY INSURANCE WASN'T PAYING MUCH LONGER AND I WAS STILL GONE. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I WASN'T HOME AND MY GRANDSON WILL BRING IT BACK AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE HIM BACK TO MY HOME. THANK YOU ENTERPRISE FOR THE CONDOLENCES.

  This place is TRASH. Several times now I have made reservations and then arrive to be told there’s no car available. Apparently, when you make a reservation, they don’t actually reserve a physical car for you. They’re just putting your name in the computer and crossing their fingers in hopes that a car will be ready. Even if you make the reservation by phone, they set you up with a car that doesn’t actually exist. It’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. If you actually decide to go with this ridiculous company, make sure they tell you if there are actual cars in the parking lot, because they WILL NOT TELL YOU, when you make the reservation. You will drive all the way there and find nothing.

  Need a place that lets you reserve a vehicle three weeks in advance, calls the day of pickup to tell you it’s unavailable, assures you they have a replacement, then closes 30 minutes early when you arrive to pick it up? Than look no further this is the place for you. This establishment has truly redefined customer service. Enjoy spending 20 minutes on hold with no answer, receiving no return calls, and discovering that a reservation apparently means absolutely nothing. If inconsistency, poor communication, and wasted time are what you're looking for, you've found the perfect place.

  Made reservation....hour before pick up get call saying no vehicles!!!!!!...really????....what is point of getting approved reservation????....do not rely on getting any vehicles from this company....at any of their locations...
