  The staff at Sebring's Enterprise location are all awesome. Every experience I've had, had been smooth and easy and I've been renting vehicles well over two years. Great people there. Thank you for the kindness you all show to your customers.

  This is the second time I attempted to rent a car through enterprise and was told the same BS line. "We couldn't locate any suv's" AND this time I called and reserved 3 days ahead of time. I just called this morning to make sure the suv was there and was told they looked all over and were unable to locate any. They said they need 4-5 days notice. What a crock of ...... Very poor business, dint waste your time or effort here

  This location is outstanding in all the aspects of what customers with fast paced lives hope for in a car rental company! It's always the staff at these locations that add prestige to the big company name. I'm not quite sure Enterprise recognizes these special locations that stand out like this one in Sebring, Florida does. All the staff is fantastic and go above and beyond to get you in a rental of your choice that you signed in with. They greet you even when they are busy. After awhile they easily treat you like family and remember your name. Spur of the moment requests for rentals due to customers emergencies or special circumstances are out of their control. And yet they still keep calm, do everything possible to put you in a rental. It's no wonder this location is always bustling! They always put me in a beautiful, clean car with a full tank of gas. Any questions I have about the car they answer. They don't hurry through your rental pickup & yet they are very efficient, even in a very fast paced work environment with many distractions. They always give top rate attention to their customers and they care about the quality of vehicle they put you in. They wont send you out with an unsafe car. For any reason you want to change vehicles they won't hassle you and will accommodate you depending on vehicle availability. They take your reservation seriously and get you checked in and checked out quickly. My most interaction has been with Jacob and Jamal, but the entire staff is professional, efficient, courteous and have great communication skills, not to mention their devotion to their customers and their specific needs makes this location very special. Lastly, they treat every customer the same and with the upmost courtesy, whether you are an affluent, worldly traveler, or you need to rent a car for work or just for a day. They keep Sebring moving and we are lucky to have them.
