It’s packed with people knee to knee. $155 oil change, $750 maintenance, expensive nice Volv vehicles and I’m walking on Tamiami to find a place to sit. They are really good about making you feel less human with their attitude when you tell them your concerns about your under warranty vehicle.
- JDJoe DeFanoApr 14, 20265.0I took my Volvo for its first service today. I was immediately greeted in my car and escorted to see my service advisor Maddy. She was waiting and took my concerns and put them in the computer and verified how the communication would go and explained the work that would be performed. Maddy also gave me a time window for work to be completed and sent a text to reach out if I had anything I needed to discuss. Simultaneously, the very nice young lady that was the receptionist printed out paperwork for my pre arranged loaner car and had it pulled up next to my car. She was a delight to work with as Maddy and the whole staff was as well. My car was done on time as promised and picking it up was as smooth as dropping it off. Kudos to Maddy and the entire team at Volvo Cars Sarasota !
