  I want to share my appreciation for Volvo of Sarasota, the only place I take my 2016 XC90 T6 Inscription for service. We have received phenomenal care over the years from Alan, and now from Maddy. Maddy is a wonderful young woman who truly knows the brand inside and out. She always explains our repair options in depth so my husband and I feel completely confident. I highly value that Volvo offers a Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty on repairs performed at authorized dealers. When you combine genuine parts, lifetime roadside assistance, a free loaner car, and top-tier hospitality, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for a luxury vehicle. Plus, picking up a beautifully washed, clean car is the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended!

  We had an incredible experience at Volvo Sarasota and cannot say enough wonderful things about Chad and the entire team. Chad was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and positive, making what could have been a stressful experience feel genuinely exciting. After my husband’s car was totaled, we were thrilled to welcome him to the Volvo family, and Chad made the process seamless and enjoyable. Glendy added such a thoughtful personal touch by surprising my husband with an amazing bag of Volvo goodies to welcome him to the family. It was such a sweet gesture and made the day even more memorable. Rae was equally wonderful and took great care of us, helping us secure excellent coverage and even adding coverage to my Volvo, which we had purchased from a different Volvo dealership. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. The entire team made us feel genuinely valued, and they are the definition of a dealership that takes care of its customers. We live in Tampa, but we will happily make the drive to Sarasota for service because of the experience we had here. We look forward to working with Chad, Rae, Glendy, and the team for years to come. If you’re considering a Volvo, we highly recommend Volvo Sarasota!

  I am so grateful for this lovely place for everything they did today for me and the purchase of a wonderful new leased Volvo. What a team from the top Bill Edmund to Chad and Rae!! All three of the team were kind , gracious, calm, knowledgeable, and caring. Absolutely everything connected to the purchase of my lease was truly a wonderful journey. The thing that stands out is the caring that everyone showed in making this a great experience. They cared and listened to my concerns. I told my family today "this Volvo is so beautiful I could live in it" lol They even gave me a Volvo Moose stuffed animal 😊😊😊😊 Thank you so much!!! Volvo owner for 40 years ❤️❤️❤️❤️
