  My oil change takes more than 1.5 hours, and I'm still waiting for them to finish, they poured new oil without draining the old one, put a new filter but didn't put new gaskets. It's been an hour since I paid $184, they've already made a replacement for two cars, I'm still waiting. I came here because they did it in 15 minutes and today I already spent 1 hour and 20 minutes and now I will wait until they drain the oil that they mixed with the old one and pour a new one. I can't turn on the air conditioner because the engine can't work when changing the oil and I can't get out of the car either, so according to the rules they require to wait in the car. Like that, I'm sitting in the car at a temperature of 100 and on top of that I'm also late to the doctor for which I'll also pay

  I went to this location due to it being close to where I live instead of driving across town to the Bradenton location. I had the worst experience at this location on Clark Road. Your manager is very unprofessional. I had to ask to check the dipstick after the oil was changed. I had to ask if my filters were checked, air filter and cabin filter which they were not until I asked. they did not check my tire pressure and the gentleman who was assisting was having difficulty locating my cabin air filter. he asked for help, and none of his teammates came over to help him. The manager on site was more worried about the vehicle in bay 2, because it was there longer than 30 minutes. I will never go back to this location, and I will make sure to tell everybody not to go to this location. Valvoline needs to invest in team support and train their employees and management a little bit better.

  The 92% Oil change. They don’t remove the drain plug, and let the oil drain. They suck it out from the dipstick hole. This is less thorough and will leave some oil and sludge behind. The change used 4.4 quarts instead of the 4.8 capacity, so it’s a 92% oil change. They have a bay below the car, where they replace the oil filter. I don’t know why they don’t drain the oil from underneath. They say to replace the oil in 3,000 miles, when the dealers says 5,000 and the manufacturer says 7,500. But since this is an incomplete oil change, it probably won’t last as long. On the plus side it was fast, 15 minutes. You stay in the car. There was no upsell . Everyone was nice. It was a pleasant experience.

  Services oil change, air filter, cabin air filter, coolant fluid exchange and windshield wipers. Service tech broke two screws on air filter case. Had to take to mechanic to replace two screws and found out the radiator was low on fluid. Lesson learned will only do oil change in the future with no extra Service.
