  The guys were very friendly quick and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of different services. They explained what I needed gave me a choice and took care of things quickly.

  I'm genuinely confused what whomever is in charge of customer service here is thinking. I came here (probably 2nd or 3rd time) back in June for a quick oil change before leaving town for a long road trip. They took me into the bay and got started, then informed me after starting that their systems were down and I had to wait for somebody to return with paper forms for them to finish. I was there over an hour waiting for this (while they promised it would be less than that). For my trouble, they offered me something like 10% off my next oil change, which is basically what I get in my email anyway and was insulting. You basically held me captive for an hour longer than an oil change should take. Why didn't you just do it for free at that point, eat the cost yourself, and let me go so you can keep a customer? Or at least point me at the nearest ATM so I can just pay cash and leave. This seems like the kind of situation that a corporation prepares for and handles without losing customers.

  My oil change takes more than 1.5 hours, and I'm still waiting for them to finish, they poured new oil without draining the old one, put a new filter but didn't put new gaskets. It's been an hour since I paid $184, they've already made a replacement for two cars, I'm still waiting. I came here because they did it in 15 minutes and today I already spent 1 hour and 20 minutes and now I will wait until they drain the oil that they mixed with the old one and pour a new one. I can't turn on the air conditioner because the engine can't work when changing the oil and I can't get out of the car either, so according to the rules they require to wait in the car. Like that, I'm sitting in the car at a temperature of 100 and on top of that I'm also late to the doctor for which I'll also pay
