  I wanted to share my experience with Alex. She has helped me on two separate occasions. First on changing my car wash and then the second time when I got my new license plates. I usually don't do reviews, however she IMPRESSED me and I felt with the way this world can be 'unkind" We don't recognize the "kindness" And this young lady should be recognized! And her SMILE would light up a room! So, thanks Alex you are a ⭐ STAR!

  I have been using Tommy’s Express, since they first opened in Sarasota. I believe now that would be for over 8 years. I’ve always had good success and been able to keep my vehicle is clean thanks to their quick and easy service. Thank You for what you do! Michael

  It was a very good car wash with super kind working people. I would recommend thos car wash any time.

  CANCELING my membership!! Arrived at the location at 7:55 pm and it is closed!! This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Do better! Car wash station must be open until 9 PM!!!!!!

  Here we go again! I was a member since it was built. But.. 2 years ago my credit card number was changed because of fraud. I went to the drive through and the girl was rude by saying over the speaker the that my card declined, wow loud enough for people to hear. Somebody could have came out and asked me about it, or contacted me through the app earlier that day. Because of how I was treated I canceled all my cars. Last month I decided to give you another chance. I signed up only ONE of my vehicles, to see how it went. I have been going almost everyday, without a problem. Today I go in and the same thing happens.. she wants me to pull around because my account has been canceled. I called... the explanation this person gives me makes no sense. She said I didn't have an account on the car that I had been bringing almost everyday for a month. It was on another one of my vehicles, which is not the case. I am not sure which car they transferred it to on their own. I had 2 MB a BMW and 4Runner with them before I canceled originally. Treating people like they are the problem when you made the mistake, great way to have the worst customer service. Very very foolish. Train your people better. I have spoken to other people whom have had similar situations, they have all canceled also.. Update; A week later, and still no phone call, no apology, and no remedy. I canceled my subscription, should have spent local anyway, instead of dealing with a national corporate store, not even a franchise. All of my vehicles are now with a locally owned wash. You should do the same, better service. .. They must not take customer service seriously like they said. still NO Apology!
