    7/6 It is extremely frustrating to take time out of my own busy afternoon and drive all the way over, just to find that Tommy’s car wash is closed. I did not see any indication of this closure on the app or on Google maps. As a long time subscriber to the monthly wash program, I am very disappointed.

    Love this car wash, so convenient, so quick, keeps my car always looking great. My dogs think it’s a thrill ride, they get so excited when I say let’s go get the car washed.

    When your car goes through the car wash, it comes out completely wet; the roof dryers don't seem to be working properly, and the situation gets worse every week. You have to manually dry the windows, mirrors, and the rest of the car. I don't see the point of the "Express" label if I end up spending several minutes doing that.

    I have had 2 vehicles with “the works” package since around the time Tommy’s on Fruitville Rd in Sarasta FL opened. It’s worked out pretty well for convenience and the fact that I really like having clean vehicles. The staff is always very nice. The system does a good job washing, but the wheel cleaner is horrible. The dryers work pretty well, mat cleaners are amazing, vacs always strong, tire shine….meh. And these new little air blowers, they recently mounted on the vacs, are absolutely worthless. Why you spent the extra money on those is beyond me??? Overall, I’m pretty happy with Tommy’s. BUT!!! Recently I bought another vehicle and I noticed they advertised a discount for 3+ vehicles. That’d be awesome to save a little money and have 3 vehicles I can quick clean. I spoke to the attendant to find out more, and that MASSIVE SAVINGS is 5 freakin bucks. That’s absolutely laughable at 120.00+/month. And 27.00 to run it through with The Works package 1x…..,, How bout lose the stupid blow sticks and give loyal clients a better discount. John Bair

    I signed up for the monthly membership due to the deal that lets you join for a lower cost. I am canceling my membership after the first month because I’m not impressed. The few times I went, my car was still covered in bugs even though I had the highest level wash. The vacuums suck and they don’t provide any extra cleaning equipment like other places that I’ve been to do. I will be switching back to Woodie’s Wash Shack because I have never been disappointed from them and they provide more for less money!
