I got my tires changed here and I just got a flat tire and I tried to switch the tires, my lug nuts are stuck in the studs because these people didn’t gage the pressure to tighten up the bolts, this is complete carelessness and is costing me money out of my pocket trying to find someone to come and change my damn tire, I’m a man in my 40’s I work in construction so I know I’m pretty damn strong, strong enough to change a damn tire, but no, someone decided that the 150lbs psi pressure on the air compressor was the right amount of pressure for my lug nuts!!!

Was bribed to with a $20 discount to leave five stars. Told them they could go ahead and keep that $20 when I left. Worst customer service experience of any kind I’ve had in a long time.
No greeting when I initially walked - just a an almost hostile feeling look after 30 seconds or so that seemed to say “what do you want?”
The guy was more concerned about lecturing me on having driven half a mile on the flat tire than telling me about what my options were. After having told me there was no availability to patch my tire that day - he told me he could get me in at 5 (five hours later when) when I agreed to purchase a new tire.
Lastly, I missed their call (from a number that doesn’t match their website or google listing) at 1:30pm, they left no voicemail, and I probably wouldn’t have gotten my car back same day if I hadn’t called an hour before closing.
When asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail, the same person checking me out put their desk phone in my face to show the number was called, launched into a defense about how he wasn’t the person who made the call, and couldn’t understand the concept that I simply upset at the level of customer service throughout the full experience.
Go somewhere else - not worth dealing people that have no inkling how to communicate or treat customers.

Needed a tire. I came in on a Friday and talked with a person named Carson. He told me he didn’t have a tire but could order one to be shipped to the establishment Sunday. He said the truck comes in at noon and to be there at 11am. So I came back at 11am 3 days later only to have him not remember me but deny any involvement in ordering a tire. Ridiculous!!! I ended up having to wait 3 more days. Luckily the person who took care of me was very understanding. Apologized several times for Carson’s error. The tire works great and I am pleased with the service I got. Regardless of the incompetence!!
I just would love to thank The Tire Kingdom for their most honest approach this morning figuring out what’s is wrong with my tire. I had a tire rotation done by another mechanic two days ago and after that I sensed a lot of vibration. Thinking it’s in need of balancing I came here but the mechanics figured out there was another issue. I honestly have to say that I have not met another local place that would be as honest and straight forward with me regarding cars before. Normally, at other locations, I get a bogus list of 10 things that supposedly needed to be done totaling 2 k- here they are to the point, honest and they are not pushing unnecessary repairs on you. My rep was Jamie, step by step informed me what is happening, explained the issue in depth, figured a way to move forward with repairs.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST, HONEST AND FAIR TIRE PLACE YOU CAN FIND. You will not be disappointed , I promise.
