  Nate is the bomb!!! Take your car to Tire Kingdom, they are AWESOME!!!! I got a flat 1 mile from their place around closing time and I live far away. They hooked me up and literally had me out the door in 30 minutes. I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of me 🙏

  Do not trust this place with your vehicle, they do not stand behind their work and they do not provide good service even to their longtime repeat customers. Most of the staff here are barely qualified mechanics, you are better off bringing your vehicle most anywhere else.

  Dalton Knueppel was absolutely amazing today! He helped us with our tire that had a nail in it. He was a life saver! Nick was also very helpful upfront and explained everything. I highly recommend to go here, they are awesome and very kind!

  I would strongly recommend avoiding Tire Kingdom based on our experience. They installed a battery in our vehicle despite knowing there was water intrusion in the trunk that could cause the battery to fail. Instead of stopping the installation, clearly explaining the risk, and telling us the underlying problem needed to be addressed first, they went ahead and took our money. Then, when the battery predictably failed, suddenly Tire Kingdom wanted zero accountability for the situation. That is what makes this so infuriating. This wasn’t some problem nobody could have anticipated. They knew about the water. They knew it could cause the battery to fail. They installed it anyway. Then when exactly what they knew could happen actually happened, they refused to stand behind the work or take responsibility. What kind of professional automotive shop knowingly installs a new battery into a situation they believe will cause it to fail, charges the customer for it, and then washes their hands of the problem afterward? Absolutely terrible customer service and an incredible lack of accountability. If you know a repair is likely to fail because of an existing condition, DON’T TAKE THE CUSTOMER’S MONEY AND DO IT ANYWAY. We trusted Tire Kingdom to give us competent professional advice, not simply sell us a battery and leave us holding the bag when it failed. Buyer beware. Get a second opinion before authorizing work here, and make sure you get EVERYTHING they tell you in writing. I will not trust Tire Kingdom with another vehicle after many years of having a fleet account with them

  Do NOT take your vehicle here. This is the second bad experience I've had with this Tire Kingdom location in the last two years. The first incident involved my wife's 2019 Tahoe after she got a flat tire near her workplace. The shop incorrectly repaired the tire, failed to rebalance it, and tried to sell her on an expensive front-end suspension rebuild that had just been completed. When I asked for proof of the alleged issues, the story quickly changed. After contacting corporate, the situation was eventually corrected and i was asked to not leave a review.... welp here we go Recently, I decided to give them another chance for a simple tire repair. I was charged $50 for a tire patch, which I could accept if the work had been done correctly. Unfortunately, the tire was returned with only about 10 PSI when it requires 55 PSI. The patch was leaking because it had not been properly installed, and once again the tire had not been balanced. Two visits, multiple quality-control issues, and a lot of wasted time. If you're looking for tire service, I'd recommend saving yourself the frustration and go to the Tire Kingdom on State Road 64 east of I-75 instead. I've had much better experiences there. Overall: Poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and loss of confidence in this location.
