  Tyler was awesome at my initial call to schedule in for new tires, not in stock so he ordered them & they were there at appt. Upon arrival David got me right got in, advised of other items on van that were in need of repair which I appreciated.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at Tire Choice & Total Car Care! David went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to explain everything our car needed, why it needed it, and even what was causing the different noises we were hearing. He was honest, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Thanks to David, we ended up saving a lot of money, and we left feeling confident that our car was in great hands. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. We will absolutely be returning for future services and will be recommending Tire Choice & Total Car Care to everyone we know. Thank you, David, for making the whole experience stress-free!

  I stopped at Tire Choice because my 'tire pressure low' message came up on my dashboard. As a single older woman I pulled into the first tire place I saw! They were extremely polite as they checked my tires and found a large screw in a front tire. They were able to fix it and 40 minutes later I was on my way having waited in a comfortable waiting area. I appreciate the courteous, friendly, and timely service and it was only $32.21!

  I was here just last week to change my tires, and everything went smoothly, but today was a complete nightmare. I booked an appointment online for a wheel alignment. Arrived on time and was told to wait for an hour. No problem, I waited in the lounge. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I went to check on my car only to find out they hadn't even touched it! Why couldn't they just tell me upfront that they were running behind? Why waste my time like that? When I finally confronted them, they just said, "Oh, we can bring it in in 5 minutes, it'll take less than an hour." Absolute disaster. I had to leave without getting anything done. Time wasted, zero results.

  We drove 15 hours from Indiana and went to the Walmart and when we came out our tire had lost 10lbs of air in 30 minutes. We quickly looked up tire shops because we knew we had to fix whatever was going on and the first place we went to the guys was not happy at all and acted like he hated his job, but it was a good thing because we went to Tire Choice and Tyler found out we hadn’t made it to the beach yet after driving all that way and got on our tire quickly and had us in and out within an hour and found a screw and patched it up and sent us on our way. I would highly recommend this place we thought our whole day was ruined by this incident and they fixed us up and we made it to the beach by 2pm! Thank you all!
