  Renting a car from SIXT was an absolutely great experience! We rented at another big name company when we arrived at the airport and were very disappointed by the service. A few days later, we wanted a car for a trip across the state and chose SIXT. Night and day difference! Great car, great service, easy process. We loved it!

  Jannie was super helpful at the check in counter and fast at checking us in, the car was close by, and the car was very clean and in great condition! Easy, hassle free, and no surprise fees when we returned the car.

  I usually rent my car from Sixt. I’m used to good service from them in Europe. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case in the U.S. The Sarasota branch surprised me so much that I just had to write a review. I’m so grateful that Peter (fleet manager) helped me out yesterday. I was on the road with my rental car, my two young daughters, and a fully loaded car when we ran over a nail. The nearest Sixt location was in Sarasota. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Peter and his colleague. I was told it would be difficult to find a replacement because everything was fully booked. After a really short wait, Peter handed us the keys and said he didn’t have anything comparable available but that he could upgrade us to a larger car. I was speechless and happy. Peter, you saved our day, and we are very grateful for this wonderful service. There should be more fleet managers like you at Sixt!
