  BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!! Did a 30-day rental. Didn't make it clear they would charge 28-days (not the entire 30) on pickup. Then charge the last two days after returned. Got the 2-day bill a while later with no clear description of what it was for. Wound up waiting on the phone for several hours to find out what the charge was for and had to pay a collection agency. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  A truly exceptional experience at Sixt SRQ thanks to Judith. From the moment I arrived, she made the entire rental process effortless. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable — the kind of customer service you don’t forget. The car was spotless, the pickup was fast, and Judith went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before driving off. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. This location is a hidden gem at SRQ, and Judith is a big reason why. I’ll absolutely be renting from Sixt here again.
