  Ill never rent a car from anyone other than SIXT again when they are available. Ive changed my entire departments procedure for renting cars, SIXT priority first always. You just took 15k a week from enterprise just from my department, and we will never look back. The greatest experience I have ever had renting a car, I am a country boy from Kentucky, never considered owning a bmw. We are literally searching for the exact model we rented for use at our beach house. My goodness I do not have enough words, I have jumped out of helicopters, been to war, flown jets, I havent giggled that much since I dont know when. Literally giggling, like a small child... for 3 days straight, everytime I even thought about what was waiting in the parking lot for me. Our clients were very impressed, ugh i just cant say enough. The wonderfully lovely sweet woman Miss Anastasiya and her lovely counterpart should be posterchildren for customer service. And how in the world are you all this much cheaper than enterprise... I am beyond satisfied with SIXT. Someone reward these ladies, they should be managing your busiest locations. Thank You all!

  Worst rental car company I've ever dealt with. Rented a X3, arrived and the lady running the counter said that they didn't have the car and said we could either take smaller lower value vehicle or having to pay an upcharge for a larger SUV. Completely opposite of most rental companies I dealt with which would give you the larger SUV for free or offer a substantial discount to downgrade. The lady was a completely unprofessional arguing that what she was offering was completely normal. Maybe for terrible company. Never will rent from this company ever again.

  Excellent customer service!! Staff members were both professional and friendly. Counter agents clearly explained the rental terms and process. They made it a very pleasant experience; thank you Gina and Viva!!!!

  Excellent experience from start to finish! The customer experience from pick up to return of the vehicle was superb! The car we were given was first class! As a first time customer I will definitely use Sixt again! A special mention to Anastasia and Jannie at the return lot who were exceptional - they are a credit to Sixt and made the return process so easy and more importantly done with a smile and friendly attitude!
