  Dealing with Safelite could not have been any easier! Their website and booking platform were super easy to navigate. They called and sent texts to confirm and were very pleasant. The technician was polite and finished in an hour and a half. It was such a great customer experience overall.

  Easy peasy... smoothest service call experience ever!!!.... and top notch work, fit and finish superb.. I cannot say enough good, sorry, great, things about my experience with safelite. Technician was intelligent, respectful, professional, courteous,. Has pride in his work, which is rare these days.. if I ever need a job, they will be the first place I try for employment. I highly recommend... had the work done in a public park. No issues, hour or so from when he pulled up, to when he left. New Windshield has made a huge difference w my car. No leaks, he cleaned up dashboard, wiped everything down when he was done even tho I stayed he didn't have to, his reply, "all part of the proccess"... I laughed, cause I am same way... THANK YOU FOR A SUPERB JOB!!!!

  I accidentally overslept and arrived late to my appointment that was scheduled for 7am. Even though they were fully booked for the day, the staff still treated me with kindness and professionalism. Luckily, someone canceled and they were able to squeeze me in instead of making me reschedule. I really appreciated their patience, understanding, and willingness to work with me. The experience made me feel cared for instead of judged. Thank you again for going above and beyond for your patients/customers. Highly recommend!

  Great experience having window replaced. Easy to schedule, taken in for replacement on time and ready earlier than promised. SafeLite also handled recalibration which saved me a trip to the dealership and Aaron the technician was great. Even vacuumed my floor mats before returning the car. What great service.

I showed up, got taken care of, and was in and out in about an hour and a half. No delays, no headaches, no “we’ll call you back” situations. To be honest, it almost felt suspiciously efficient. I kept waiting for the usual hassle—maybe a delay, a missing part, or at least someone telling me to come back tomorrow—but nope. Everything just… worked.
