Safelite in Sarasota knocked it out of the park. I hope you get Simon because that guy is great. I’ll call him every time I need a repair.

Safelite called prior to the service and notified me of the upcoming service. The technician was polite, professional, and amiable. He gladly took the time to answer the questions I had and aptly explained the process involved in replacing the windshield. The was the second attempt as the first was defective and cracked when almost completely installed. After this successful installation he cleaned up and insured the windshield was crystal clear. It is so convenient that Safelite came to my house. Highly recommended.

I use Safelite auto glass at 301 Boulevard Sarasota Florida and it was a great experience. I am a private driver in a large area of the West Coast of Florida and go as far north is Tallahassee. I’m on the highway every day and See lots of dangers out there from accidents to road rage to Home Depot buckets bouncing across the road. I’ve seen windshields impaled by large pieces of metal that fall off of the trucks that haven’t secured their loads. It’s a crazy world out there. I’ve had to Have my windshield Repaired several times. Now I’m certain that whenever I might encounter another cracked windshield there’s a place I can go and be taken care of properly. It’s very quick and virtually effortless. It’s hard to trust service people these days because of my lack of knowledge in the engineering of the automobile and seems like the whole world is trying to take advantage of their fellow neighbor to get a few extra bucks in their pocket. Sometimes you just have to pick a place and trust. And the service I received put my worries at ease especially from the person behind the counter because of his professionalism, knowledge and confidence in the company that he works for and services provided. I just want to say thank you for your professionalism and your courtesy and genuine kindness. Corin
