- ZBZechariah Bigley2 days ago1.0Tier rewards member here just giving my review. Been coming to Racetrac on and off ever since I opened my mobile business 5 years ago & never had issues except one and have had two different Racetracs remove me from their property while working. Since I carry product on me and it has to be cold I run my generators even when not on the clock, and since I travel and work multiple counties I'm like a truck driver and sleep in my cab when on road which is most days. I been working in Manatee county so was at this location recently and stopped in to recharge. Made multiple purchases while on the premises and as soon as I bought my dinner inside I walked out and was working in my business at 11pm when I received a knock on my business by two Sarasota police officers who said Racetrac called the cops on me because I was parked over night. They asked when was the last time I was there and I said almost a week ago, and that I haven't even been there since. Keep in mind at this exact moment there were two other people there on the property sleeping while I was awake and working but they called them on me because I was running a generator. So as a Top Tier rewards member who fills up two generators every other day in addition to my truck fuel, it's safe to say I spend over $150 a week with them and they called the police on me. If you're a truck driver/business owner like me take all that big money and go to Wawa or Loves instead where they appreciate your business. Don't expect to be treated with any decency because you are a business or regardless of if you spend money at their business. Management never talked to me even when going inside several times. No instead they called the police on me and they showed up not even 10 minutes after I came in and bought a burrito 😒 Take your business elsewhere where they will treat you better.
