- HAHeather Abling2 days ago5.0This place has amazing customer service. I have been here a total of 3 times in the last few months for different reasons and I have always been treated fairly. They don't BS you when you come in they fix what the problem is and don't try to sell you other things. Pete was amazing he diagnosed my car in 15 mins and had me back on the road. Brandon checked my tire and made sure it was safe for me to drive. A+ service from the minute I walked in and talked to John. Highly recommend.
- JMJ M4 days ago1.0Short guy with long hair has a serious attitude problem. I was going to get an oil change and tire rotation but the way he was talking to other customers I just left. Now I see why there the only mechanic shop in Sarasota that’s not booked up. I will wait the extra day and go elsewhere.

They truly went above and beyond to help me with a simple repair after the first tire shop I stopped at literally said they didn’t have time for it. I’ll definitely be back when I need tire replacement. Thank you!
- CBcheryl boggs6 days ago4.0first time at this location, was greeted when walked in, guy at counter was at CPU, he will be only a min. no problem. got my info entered, and got my keys , brought in car. oil change and wipers I requested, and check air in tires for 35. the wipers were BOGO! free install. was done in 45 mins. Only complaint is their parking lot is not the best. But over all, I'll be back!
