Excellent shop! Was in and out in 10 minutes and taken care of with the utmost care and attention to detail. Could not recommend this location more for a friendly and kind staff.

Honest and kind crew. Had a nail in my tire and I took it in for repair . I was lucky enough that it didn’t puncture and didn’t need repair and the guys were honest and told me! Impressed with their hard work and ethical standards. Highly recommend.

Truly a great experience! We somehow got an Allen wrench in our tire and needed somewhere to patch it! These guys are awesome! We came really close to closing time, but they somehow worked out to repair the tire!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Mavis. What should have been a simple, routine job on my Toyota Camry—an alignment and hydraulic brake fluid flush—turned into a complete nightmare. I had to bring my car back FOUR separate times. I lost FOUR days of work because I repeatedly had to return the vehicle to correct problems that should have been handled properly the first time. The brake fluid flush alone was a disaster. The first two times, I was told they had to redo the entire process because they supposedly couldn’t figure out what was wrong. After a third attempt, they finally got it working. But the alignment was even worse. My car was not going straight, and instead of actually resolving the problem, each visit seemed to make it worse. Different mechanics worked on the vehicle, and every time I was given another explanation that it was “slightly shifted” or needed “a little more balancing.” I kept trusting them and giving them another opportunity to fix it. After the FOURTH attempt, my steering wheel was completely out of alignment and the car was aggressively pulling to the left. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. I finally took the car to the Toyota dealership, and they were able to properly diagnose and fix the alignment. Looking back, I should have gone there from the beginning. What bothers me most isn’t simply that mistakes happened—mistakes can happen. It’s the fact that I repeatedly brought the problem to their attention, repeatedly gave them opportunities to correct it, and kept getting my vehicle back with the same issue or an even worse one. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and a massive waste of my time. If you’re paying a professional shop to perform a basic alignment and brake service, you should be able to expect the vehicle to come back safer and properly serviced—not worse than when you brought it in. Four return visits. Four days of lost work. Multiple mechanics. Still not fixed. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion or going directly to a reputable dealership or qualified shop rather than wasting your time and money the way I did.

Ethan helped me today with my tire and he was so easy to deal with and friendly - I've been a firestone customer but I will definitely be back when it is time for me to purchase a tire and I will be coming to Mavis for our tire needs. Ethan is the kind of worker that you want at your business! I was so grateful for his knowledgeable service - Thanks so much!
