The staff at the Sarasota truck rental enterprise office are amazing. I will rent from them forever if you need a truck I highly recommend.

A 2 dimes worth of damage is gonna cost you!!! I’ll have the picture for you if you don’t believe me stay away from this place This place deserves to be closed. I rented a Dodge ram 2500 pick up back in March 2026. The truck wasn’t ready. It was dirty and they were late. I took the truck and passed on the insurance. Drove it back-and-forth to Sarasota to Dallas Texas and back Sarasota I even gave it a bath vacuumed the inside of it and turned it in Of course, They only have one person working after sitting there for two hours to turn this truck in. They discovered three dents less than the size of a dime. After repeated calls to this particular establishment to attempt to work something out, I was given no help whatsoever! They went after my insurance company and then I had to pay $1000 on top of that for less than one percent of a bumper that they had to get on their hands and knees ans practically lay on their back to find. Enterprise claimed this needed to be a full bumper replacement charged me for four days of inactivity on the rental. And labor to replace a bumper that had less than 2 dimes sized simple dents worth of damage on it. Go to another place to rent a truck Penske’s way better
