- CCColeJul 3, 20265.0Rented a compact but they were out so the guy at the desk gave us a beautiful full size sedan with all the perks for the same price and the car smelled brand new evrything was spotless. We cruised around for a week with zero problems gas milage was great and returnin it took seconds the attendent just waved us off with a big smile realy impressed with the whole expereince.
- VSVladi S.Jun 16, 20261.0Employee lied to our faces about receiving our 400 deposit when we returned our car. I was reassured I'd get the 400 back right when when I return the keys to the vehicle. Im on day 3 now and have to wait 4 days in total to get that 400. Very disappointed how they just lie to your face. Dont use their services its a rip off and a scam. BTW the customer service is horrible. They called me back 2 days later to repeat same information how they are sorry. I will make sure nobody in my family uses their services any longer.

- DLDawn LatshawMay 27, 20265.01st of all I have only gotten quality cars. 2nd they are always clean. 3rd the staff is friendly and helpful. 4th they were able to pick me up at the shop where my car was getting repaired. 5th they have an arrangement with the car repair shop thatbi could leave the rental there and Enterprise would be able to pick it up. Just an overall pleasant and wonderful experience. As it always seems to be when dealing with Enterprise. I use them all the time while traveling and I have never had an issue.
