I want to say that this company is excellent; their service was friendly, but I have a flat tire and their roadside assistance has been a disaster. I've been waiting for over 20 hours since last night, and it's a complete mess. I'm about to return the vehicle, and no one has come to help me. It's pointless for this company to be friendly if their roadside assistance is a disaster. I don't feel like I'm paying for anything reliable, including the service. I haven't been able to use the vehicle since yesterday, and it's only 4 p.m., and the tire is still flat. What can I do? It's not worth renting from this company.

Each time I arrived, I was informed that no vehicle was available. This happened more than once, and despite confirming my reservation, Enterprise never provided the rental car they promised. A reservation should mean a vehicle is actually available—not just a placeholder. The lack of communication, poor planning, and failure to honor my reservation wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I ended up having to make other arrangements because Enterprise couldn't deliver on a basic commitment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and will be taking my business elsewhere.
