  I have always had a great experience at this Enterprise location. The service is prompt and the process is easy. Because I drive an older vehicle as my own (car is currently in the shop), I feel like a queen and someone of importance...lol, when I rent a much newer vehicle with all the bells and whistles..lol. Thanks for making it a fun experience for me!

  Had a bit of a slow pickup for our recent rental last week. Arrived at 4:30 and only 1 agent was I the front. He was on the phone with a client and took about 10 min to clear up that person’s issue. When he helped us, everyone went okay. But the car he put us in had an 1/8 tank of gas. He asked if we wanted a full tank or just to return it empty?? Not a typical question. We said full tank. But it took another 15 min for them to get the car gassed up. And the gas station was at the same location?!? I used to rent here weekly and didn’t have such problems. Might need some additional staff support at this location.

  I truly love the customer service here. This will be my go-to rental location. I’m not sure the name of the individual that assisted me, but he was awesome today when I returned my rental! Definitely service with a smile. 🤗
