  I had a reservation with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was given completely conflicting information by staff. At pickup, I was told my debit card would not be accepted due to it being a pre-paid card. This was confusing, as the card is labeled as a debit card. So I went back home to retrieve another card. I then called Enterprise before heading back to the business and was clearly told over the phone that my employer-issued debit card WOULD work as long as my name and information matched. I returned based on that confirmation, only to be told at the branch that no one would have told me that and I was denied the rental. I was made to feel like I was not being truthful, despite following instructions given by an Enterprise employee, also I have this phone call on record. This caused major inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. Better communication between phone support and branch staff is NEEDED because customers should not receive completely opposite and WRONG information. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and was treated as if I was not being truthful, despite relying on information provided by your staff. As a single mother of two children, I made careful arrangements and relied on Enterprise. Only to be misguided, to lose valuable time and money. The end result, manager Ethan Heinz couldn’t even sincerely apologize or even show one bone in his body to care. I’m so disappointed displeased, this is ridiculous!

  This is our 3rd time renting a car here and respectful and quick service. Clean car. Very good experience!! Would recommend renting here. Will be renting soon again here!! Thank you for a great experience!

  Picking up and dropping off the car was seamless. The staff were available, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely rent from this location again!

  Fantastic experience. Marjorie, Austin and George were all very attentive and easy to work with. They all had very good listening skills and attention to detail. Rare in this day and age. Thank you all for fantastic customer service and I absolutely LOVED the yellow mustang. Most fun I have had in a while 😂 I will be back. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Enterprise, Sarasota. ☀️🤙🏼💖

  I am Mrs flick and I have been with Enterprise for over 3 months running a car because I was into back-to-back car accidents. Enterprise has gone above and beyond to work with me in my situation to keep me in a car to keep my little 4-year-old safe and keep us moving through life. I can't think the following people there enough Elise the manager. Ethan the new manager Marjorie Owen Jordan Austin Aiden the girl that cleans the cars. All those people that I just mentioned if you ever go into Clark road Enterprise you will be taken care of to the utmost quality. These people are by far professional at their job. Thank you Enterprise at Clark road for all you do.
