  This shop is professional. They must have good leadership because they want to make sure your experience is great. I felt like they delivered on everything except looking at the tire pressure before. The pressure was a hassle.

  Rented a SUV for our family Florida vacation. We took it one way from Sarasota and returned it at Palm Beach. Pickup at Sarasota was very easy. Staff was professional. Cars were in very good shaped and we were allowed to pick any vehicle in our class from the lot. We booked a midsize SUV and picked out a Ford Explorer. It comfortably sat my family of 4. The return to West Palm Beach Airport was also easy (though the car rental wasn't at terminals and you needed to take a shuttle to departures). Again, staff (including shuttle driver) were extremely friendly. From my travel experience this is how I would rank the major car rental companies (from Best to not so great) Enterprise / National Hertz Avis / Alamo Budget / Thrifty

  This location is the best in Sarasota, I have rented from here multiple times recently. The staff who work here are accommodating, professional, friendly and attentive. They follow up during your rental to make sure you’re satisfied with the rental. I won’t rent from any other location or company!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise location. This was, without question, one of the worst rental car experiences I have ever had. I specifically reserved a full-size SUV (Ford Expedition, Jeep Wagoneer, or similar) that would accommodate seven passengers and multiple luggages. Before my pickup appointment, the location called me and informed me that the largest vehicle they had available was a brand-new Hyundai Palisade. While it wasn’t exactly what I reserved, I agreed because the Palisade is still a large three-row SUV. When I arrived, I was shocked to find that they were actually giving me a Hyundai Santa Fe instead. Those are completely different vehicles, and the Santa Fe is significantly smaller. It does not have the cargo capacity we needed. To make matters worse, the employee Ethan actually tried to tell me that the Santa Fe was bigger than the Palisade, which is simply false. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, I felt like I was being misled. After explaining that the Santa Fe would not work for seven people and our luggage, the employees assured us that a Chrysler Pacifica would be arriving the following morning and promised that we could swap into it. That was the only reason we reluctantly accepted the Santa Fe. The next morning, I received a phone call that wasn’t even about the promised swap. When I reminded the employee of what had been promised, he put me on hold and then told me they were transferring the Pacifica from another location and would call me later that day when it was ready. That call never came. Now the location is closed, we are leaving tomorrow, and we have to drive from Sarasota to Tampa Airport with seven people and all of our luggage. The Santa Fe cannot accommodate all of us and our suitcases, so we are now forced to arrange a second vehicle at the last minute because Enterprise failed to provide the vehicle they promised and then failed to follow through on the replacement they guaranteed. I understand that rental companies cannot always guarantee a specific model, but what is unacceptable is telling customers one thing, providing something completely different, making promises to correct the situation, and then never following through. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, wasted valuable vacation time, and left us scrambling to solve a problem that Enterprise created. I will be filing a formal complaint with Enterprise Corporate and will be requesting appropriate compensation for this experience. I expected honesty, professionalism, and basic customer service. Instead, I experienced misleading information, broken promises, and complete disregard for the inconvenience caused to my friends and I. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
