  Wonderful seamless and stress-free experience with the team here! Perfect for our vacation needs. We rented a jeep wrangler sahara and were totally satisfied with the condition of the vehicle. The staff at pickup and drop-off were super friendly and helpful. Would 100% use their service again!

  Christina is amazing. She was so thorough in helping us find the best vehicle for our family vacation. She helped us itemize the size of our cargo to make sure everything would fit. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely the worst experience ever from Enterprise. The car I rented literally shut off 3 to 4 times while I was driving on vacation. Once I talked to customer service they assured me that they would have a rental at that would fit my family of 8 at nearest airport. I said okay I still drove the SUV that was causing me issues 60 miles to the next airport only to find that they didn't have anything that could fit my family 😑 so now the hunt has begun. It took them 3 to 4 hours to locate another SUV that would fit my family. Once we got loaded into that SUV you wouldn't believe Enterprise began to text me asking if I still needed help. I then notified them that I did indeed pick up a SUV only for them to tell me they didn't have any of my information in system pretaining to that car 🤦🏾‍♀️ at this point I'm driving back home hours away to return the vehicle. That didn't go smooth at all. Benji who was the manager at the time apologized for any inconvenience then promised me a discount for 2 days. Benji promised me that he would get the information in the system and email me a copy. Well he NEVER did it. So the next day I called customer service notifying them of what happened. Merissa then emailed me apologizing once again but this time she told me should could do one day discount despite what Benji had already said. At this point I'm sick of going back and forth so I didn't email back thinking that Merissa pretty much isn't going to honor what Benji said. Now it's 7 days later I had to call back into customer service to remind them if what Merissa said about her discount for one day just for her to NEVER put it in. So now I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the refund to go into my account. Now I'm waiting on another manager to call me back let's see what happens next. This was my favorite company to rent from but now it has turned into the worst company ever!

  I had to make a last minute trip to help with a medical situation. My flight to SRQ was late. I was so relieved that the counter was open to service our flight. Alex took care of my paperwork efficiently and kindly. Heading back home the curbside check out was managed very thoughtfully by Gabriel. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was so comforting in a stressful time.

  When I got into our rental the smell of the powerful cleaning chemicals used to clean it were completely overpowering. I had to clerics with the windows down. It was disgusting
