    Well the advisor stated that i needed rotors and tires. So I looked at him confused because if the mechanic looked at the breaks and rotors he would have known that they were just done. Actually the day before. So I took it as your dealership is dishonest and just wants to charge people money for unnecessary repairs! The mechanic also stated my suspension was fine. I knew the right strut was out and needed to be replaced. So i told him the suspension cant be fine because i have to replace the strut. Then he proceeded to tell me the mechanic said he felt something when driving it...false! Even though the strut needed to be repaired the car drove smooth. I brought the car in for an oil change only. I advised him I know the struts have to be replace but I will be doing the repair elsewhere. I went to BMW of Tampa and did the wheel alignment at that location. Thank you

    Osman Sir provided one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived at BMW of Sarasota, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain the differences between the various BMW models, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and even showed us different color options to help us visualize what we wanted. What stood out the most was that he never pressured us into making a purchase. Instead, he focused on making sure we were informed and comfortable, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. His knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made visiting the dealership a pleasure. We truly enjoyed working with Osman and look forward to buying many cars from him in the future. If you’re visiting BMW of Sarasota, I highly recommend asking for Osman—you’ll be in great hands!

    Sorry but I’ve had BMW for years and different states this was my 2 nd time and I’m not impressed it is the worse one I’ve ever been to it is a zoo and not clean and nice like most luxury car dealership I’m hoping they get better we took 2 in and we were there from 10am til 5 pm it was a long long day! Bill was the gentleman we used to set up the services he was great but there had to be a problem with the staff in the garage because that is too long to have people waiting around. Very sad that there isn’t a better place to take my BMWs 😔

    My experience at BMW of Sarasota was good overall, and the staff was professional and courteous. Chad met me when I arrived from Miami, showed me the vehicle, and the car was in the excellent condition I expected. There were two things that kept this from being a five-star experience. First, I was disappointed that BMW of Sarasota would not accept financing from BCU (Baxter) Credit Union. BCU has financed my home, my vehicles, and other loans, and it's a well-established financial institution. Because they wouldn't accept my lender, I had to apply through one of the dealership's banks to complete the purchase. Fortunately, I still received a competitive rate, but I wish I had been able to use my own credit union. Second, I was only told there was one key fob after all the paperwork had been signed and I was ready to drive away. I believe that should have been disclosed when I first expressed interest in the vehicle, not at the very end of the transaction. Knowing upfront that the vehicle came with only one key would have been the right way to handle it. Overall, the dealership and staff were professional, and I appreciate their service. However, because of those two issues, I feel a three-star rating is fair. Update: I wanted to provide an update to my original review. After the dealership responded publicly and asked me to contact them, I did exactly that. I emailed them last week and have not received any response or any attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it appears the public reply was made for appearances rather than to genuinely address my concern. If the dealership truly wanted to resolve the matter, someone would have contacted me by now. I'm disappointed because customer service shouldn't end once the sale is complete, especially when it involves something as important as the second key fob that should have been provided with the vehicle.

    Efficient drop of my BMW car with drive in drop off. The service manager reviewed the list of services to be performed , so everyone was clear on what would be performed. Waiting area was comfortable with coffee , drinks and snacks. While waiting they texted me a video of my complimentary car inspection. The checkout and payment was quick with no surprises. The only improvements I would suggest is to speed up the service/repair portion of the process and to not charge for using a credit card so customers can collect points/miles.
