  BMW of Sarasota is a great place to get your car serviced but it’s important to recognize that they do have their limitations. If your car has a pesky, persistent check-engine-light problem that they can’t diagnose or fix then after just a few attempts then their suggestion might be “replace the engine” rather than take the car to a smaller shop that knows how to diagnose deeper engine issues. Just know that their recommendation is merely a suggestion, not the solution. They also charge full price on BMW parts. All you have to do is take the part number, search online and you will find some other BMW dealer’s parts department selling the exact same OEM part for almost 40% less. BMW of Sarasota will then match the price. So just a little homework and you get massive savings.

  What is a pleasant surprise! No pressure, honest and knowledgeable support at every level. Particularly impressed with Parsa, our sales consultant. Highly recommend. Tammy in Finance was equally impressive. Another highly recommended representative of the BMW of Sarasota team. Excellent automotive buying experience all around. We absolutely love our new X3! Unhesitatingly would highly recommend BMW of Sarasota to anyone looking to purchase a new (or pre-owned) vehicle.

  I can’t say enough good things about the staff at BMW Sarasota. Took the wife’s 330 in for an oil change and ended up leaving with two new bmws. James Frye was our salesman and counselor have been happier with his assistance before and after the purchase. Hassan our finance guy was great and really helped us out with amazing terms. We couldn’t have got this done without Raul the sales manager. Thank you again for all your hard work and service. We will be back again for sure.

They were professional, patient, fair, and truly worked hard to help us reach a resolution that made sense for everyone involved. Every person from service to upper management were perfect and were all extremely friendly, ladies and gentlemen alike. lt made me feel like I worked there not an customer.
