  We’re been patronizing Beiler’s Auto for our vehicle services for over 15 years. The service intake personnel have good communication skills and are easy to talk with. Prices are revealed up front and are reasonable. The mechanics are excellent and give accurate time estimates. We have recommended this garage to many friends.

  I have been to Beiler's several times and plan to continue going. They have been thorough and efficient with their work, and they have offered fair and reasonable suggestions for future maintenence. I have had no trouble reaching someone on the phone and getting updates about my car, which I have often had trouble with at other locations. Most recently, they accurately diagnosed an issue by another mechanic and reminded me that the other mechanic has a warranty similar to the one they have, which saved me a fair amount of money. They were respectful of their competition as well and went so far as contacting them personally to ensure that I could have my repair under warranty. Price wise, they are marginally more expensive than other mechanics in the area, but they have an excellent warranty and use quality parts. They have done excellent work. Other people I have spoken to would say the same. They also offer after-hours pickup for free (they have a key box) and loaner cars at a fair price. The diner-themed inside of their location is also very nice.

  What I really liked was the rental service they have for those of us who don't have access to another vehicle. It was easy to set up the appointment and they got me in right away. It did take several days to get a working part in to switch out. Not Beiler's fault, but just add to the amount of days I had their rental.
