  So last night I was in a little bit of a pickle and this guy Victor that works there amazing guy and Jen just an angel if she’s not a general manager or something she should be because the way she does Customer Service the way she takes care of people there’s no way to describe it. I’m I’m I’m lost words. This morning, I just wanna Them a shout out wonderful experience I mean I came in freaking out and they were able to help me and not only help me but really showed me what Customer Service is all about. This people have a future right future ahead of them where they be with the company, AutoZone or somewhere else but they’re wonderful people I really don’t don’t know how to explain it though you don’t see you know customers you don’t like you know my Customer Service you know people you know you know someone you know that makes a difference when they absolutely did. They absolutely did. God bless them and awesome should be is blessed to have them working for them Jen Victor Aiden you guys rock God bless y’all thank you from Maykel a guy that needed y’all more than you could ever imagine and y’all were there.

  I went in today to have my battery checked and had the pleasure of being helped by Pedro. He was not only incredibly helpful, but also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. While I was waiting for my battery to be changed, Jenn assisted me with purchasing and replacing my windshield fluid. She was also very professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so easy. Great customer service from both of them! Thank you, Pedro and Jenn, for making my visit such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and will gladly recommend this store to others. Keep up the great work! 😊

  This place is located in an area where many Latinos live, so it stands to reason that not everyone who visits speaks English fluently. The problem is that there are staff members—specifically one woman—who treat Latino customers poorly. I’ve seen it happen several times, including to me; it feels really bad.

  This afternoon, I stopped by to have my oil checked, I knew it was low. Adian immediately helped me by checking the level and filling it to the normal level. He was very thorough, checking not only the level but also the correct type of oil. I also asked if they changed key fobs for cars, they do. What a delightful surprise! I left feeling so relieved , no worries about oil and my second key fob works again. Aden was very professional and knowledgeable! I thought my bill would be twice as much, wow! Very competitive pricing!!!
