  I just want to say how helpful Benji was today when we returned our Alamo rental car. We flew into the Sarasota Airport on Thursday, 7/2. My 5 year old Grandson put his tablet down on the curb when we were picking up our rental car and accidentally left his tablet at the parking lot. A week later as we dropped off the rental car I knew it was a long shot but I asked Benji to please check the lost and found for my Grandson’s tablet. Benji said he would go look for the tablet and he found it!!! My grandson was so happy!! There are still honest people in this world. Someone could have easily taken that Tablet but they didn’t. We are so thankful for the person who turned in the tablet and thankful to Benji who was so kind to take the time to look for it!! Thank you Benji!!! Alamo you have a great employee!!

  Very easy pick up at TPA. Return was a pleasure too. Got greeted very cheerily by Alamo representative. I mentioned that rear washer fluid was empty, he immediately offered a discount for my trouble. I declined, there was no need and I was very happy with the experience and overall ease of renting a car with Alamo.

  How it come that for change drop off location they want to charge me 600 dollars extra that don't make any sense last time I rent a vehicle from this company I mean alamo .. And then don't come here without a credit card because with debit card will be a nightmare... Thanks to Eduardo the guy from hertz help me out 5 stars for hertz

  I had a wonderful experience all around, and Mr. Lopez made returning the car into a pleasant process. He was so polite and considerate. Thank you, Alamo for hiring such a lovely staff, and I look forward to renting from you again on my next beach trip.

  Picking up and dropping off a car at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport was so easy with Alamo and they also set us up in a fantastic car that was wonderful and served its purpose for our stay. Thank you for a quality experience and the best situation for picking up and dropping off a rental car that I’ve ever had.
