I waited for a minute as I listened to 4 associates laugh and have morning talk about things not of work no biggie. I asked the closest associate after about a minute if he could help me and then the phone rang. Instead of helping me or addressing me he answered the phone and then told me once he got off that was his job to answer the phone. I asked the woman who was in a advanced shirt if she could help and she promptly helped me find the item. Carlos G being the one at the register I walked up for him to check me out then he tries handing my item back to the lady to ring me up. At this point I stated to him he was very unprofessional. He then went on a arguing spree of trying to prove he’s a manager and his job is to answer the phone this morning and not to help me other than his phone calls, although the female who helped me is the manager… he continued to make excuses for his poor behavior and lack of work skills. Maybe a call center would be more suitable for workers like this. Very grateful for the woman who could help and did it with a smile you are greatly appreciated.
