- CCCodySep 26, 20261.0Said it was still here on Google when I tried to limp my car over to get help. This place is permanently closed and I’m stuck in a parking lot.
- TMTim MyersSep 14, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service from the employees working the evening of September 14, 2026. I came in because my headlight had burned out and was sold the wrong replacement bulb. When I tried to install it, I realized the connectors were not the same width, so I returned to the store for help and to get the correct bulb. There were still about 15 minutes left before closing, but when I explained the issue, one of the employees told me, “Nope, we’re closing up.” I pointed out that the store was still open, but I was then told they were not opening any more headlight packages and that they could not help me any further. I explained that I was not trying to be difficult. I know very little about cars and was simply trying to get my headlight working so I could safely drive and avoid getting a ticket. I had already purchased two bulbs trying to solve the problem, and headlights are not exactly cheap. Eventually, the employee who initially said he could not help me came outside and looked at the vehicle. Within a short amount of time, he discovered that the wiring had burned, which was the actual reason the headlight stopped working. I appreciated finally getting an answer, but by that point I had been made to feel like a huge inconvenience to both employees. Had someone simply taken a few minutes to look at the problem from the beginning, the unnecessary frustration and tension could have been avoided. Customer service should not stop 15 minutes before the posted closing time, especially when a customer is simply asking for help with a product they were sold incorrectly in the first place. Please do better.

I called back and explained what happened Keith I was told him name is refused to tell me how it could happen and hung up on me. My mechanic told me they did sell me the wrong piece and almost caused my car to crash. Professionals don’t hang up on customers they fix the problem they caused. Horrible service and clearly they don’t know what they are doing.

The store associate Kevin B would not honor the lifetime warranty and give me a refund . So I went to the parking lot and took the new EGR valve off and went inside and told him I am going return it and he gave me my money back.I then put the bad one back on my truck and left ? I will now be buying my parts from another auto store from now on. I think someone from corporate needs to explain to Kevin the return policy for lifetime warranties ?
