  I had a major tire blowout and had to wait on roadside assistance for a while in Inlet Beach. Daniel and the team went above and beyond to help me as it was right before closing time and I was driving on a DONUT. It had me pulling in at 5:59pm and they had me in and out in minutes. Outstanding team. Daniel assured me to just get there safely and they would help me. They had a great price on the tire and worked efficiently. I was very happy with my incredible service. I HIGHLY recommend them. Very compassionate and helpful in one of the most stressful situations I have been in. Many MANY THANKS!

  Super energetic, friendly, and honest crew. Has been super inconvenient in the past to get my car taken care of but these guys are efficient and have earned my trust taking amazing care of my Audi Q7. Needed tires ASAP and couldn’t find anyone who had them in stock or could get them within a day or two, but John ordered them on the phone with me and called me back ready to put them on the next day before lunch. Seriously exceptional service here.

  On Wednesday mid afternoon pulled in for an oil change, they took care of me right away, Payden checked out my filters, fluids, tires, showed me the levels and the my air filter, I was able to stay in my car when it was serviced, Andrew assisted with checkout and payment, I was in and out quickly . Highly recommend coming here for your automotive needs. Friendly and reasonably priced, I used a coupon on the website for additional savings. Thank you for the great customer service, being kind, smiling and helpful! Will definitely be back !

  i make an appointment to change my tmps sensors from my old tires to the new ones i bought and i also asked them to check my brakes , i show up at said appointment. i wait an hour and go walk around to my my car in the back i ask if its done because its just sitting in the back. he gets annoyed with me saying they are very busy and having an appointment doesn’t mean anything, i say how i would of liked to have known this before waiting an hour. another hour goes by my car is just on the lift no ones working on it and it’s all put together. so i go ask he’s very annoyed with me and just overall rude. and 3 hours later the job is finally done! a tech comes up to me and just lies straight to my face explains to that it took so long because relearning the tpms sensors takes a while. i used to work on cars just like mine its takes less than 2 minutes to relearn these sensors. i dont say anything because ive already been here for 3 hours and they have been so rude to me im just ready to go. i go to check out with the man that i spoke with earlier and he told me it took so long because one of the techs took their lunch break in the middle of working on my car. interesting because your co worker just told me it’s because of the sensors. i also ask what my breaks are at he says that the front are at a 4 and the rear are at a 3. i leave very upset at how i was treated. as i was leaving another dude that works their says “have a good day” i say “you too” and as i walk past him he says under his breath “f**k you”. And a few weeks later i buy all the parts to change my brakes and i get all set up go to take apart the front brakes they are at a 10 perfectly fine not needing to be replaced at all. this company preaches honesty yet i was lied to about multiple things. and i was treated poorly just because im a young woman doesn’t mean i dont know anything about cars. yall lied to my face and were very rude about it. and working in the maintenance field having an appointment means something! truth means something! respect means something!

  After moving to the Santa Rosa Beach area about a year ago, one of my biggest concerns was finding a repair shop I could truly trust. I left behind a shop back home that I trusted 100%, so I know how hard it can be to find that kind of confidence in a new area. I’ve been to Express Oil Change in Santa Rosa Beach several times for oil changes, and I’ve always been impressed by the professionalism and personal attention from the entire staff. I especially want to thank John, the Service Manager, for going above and beyond when I was in a bind. My engine fans suddenly started running full blast, and my vehicle eventually displayed a warning that the A/C had been turned off due to high engine temperature. I stopped by on my way to take my daughter to dance, hoping they could help. The shop was very busy and initially couldn’t fit me in, but after I explained that this was my only vehicle for my family, John went out of his way to squeeze me in and take a look. Although no diagnostic codes came up, he noticed my coolant was low and had his team add coolant for me at no charge. That kind of kindness and willingness to help means so much, especially when you’re stressed and unsure what’s wrong with your vehicle. Thank you, John, and the entire team, for taking care of me when I needed it most. I’m so grateful to have found a shop I can trust and would highly recommend Express Oil Change to anyone!
