  John and Chad took quick care of me and my truck. Had to get battery replaced because it completely died. Then I had them run an electrical diagnostic to ensure it wasn’t more than just a dead battery. Can’t thank them enough! I’m from Houston so needed them to get my truck worked on quickly and they delivered. Definitely recommend them. Very transparent and professional. Go to them when you’re in a pinch!

  I was on vacation and got a screw in my tire the night before I was leaving. All the appointments were booked online but I called the morning I was leaving and they said to come in and they would work me in. They said I would have to wait though because they were very busy. I spoke with Donny in the phone and he was so friendly and accommodating. When I got there everyone greeted me kindly and listened to my situation and got me worked in. I waited a little under a hour and my tire was patched. They checked all the pressure in the other tires, put my spare and jack back in its place in my trunk, and reset my tire pressure sensor. Daniel helped me all through the process but literally everyone there was friendly and helpful. I was able to get on the road and made it back to Alabama safely. They made a stressful situation easy. 5 stars 10/10

  Had service with John at store 3164 in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. He is outstanding! Very knowledgeable works with his customers in a straightforward, honest dealings, and professional manner. He also works extremely hard to find and offer the best value and discounts his company has available whether publicly advertised or through his knowledge of internal offerings. Worked with Tuffy for years and John has won my business for Express. If you are in the area of this location, I highly recommend seeing John as he is a trustworthy person hard to find in the industry and a great representative for the company.

  I cannot say enough good things about this shop! We were in the 30A area on a holiday weekend when I discovered a tire issue and was worried about how I was going to make it home safely. Despite being busy and it being a holiday weekend, they worked me in at the last minute, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got my tire repaired. A special thank you to John, who was absolutely spectacular. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us get back on the road safely. To top it all off, they didn’t even charge me for the repair. Exceptional customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. If you’re in the 30A area and find yourself needing tire service, don’t hesitate to give them a call. They turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and I am incredibly grateful.
