  We were visiting from out of state when our tire light came on. Even though the shop was really busy, John got us in right away. They found a nail, patched it up, and we were back to our vacation in no time!

  Huge shoutout to Daniel, John, Owen and the entire team at Express Oil Change! They did an incredible job taking care of my vehicle. Daniel worked on my vehicle and was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They replaced my oil filter cap, cabin air filter, and engine air filter, and two of the parts even had to be ordered. They were able to get the part the same day and had it installed in no time. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made the entire experience incredibly easy. It’s refreshing to go somewhere that communicates well, works quickly, and genuinely seems to care about taking care of their customers. Daniel, John Owen, and the rest of the team absolutely earned a 5-star review from me for going above and beyond! I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!

  I came in with a slow leak in my tire and asked upon arrival for an estimated completion time. I was told it would take approximately 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, my vehicle had not even been brought into the service bay. During that time, the manager was eating pizza and ordering coffee from a food truck while several employees were sitting around instead of assisting customers. The lack of communication and urgency was very disappointing, especially after being given an inaccurate wait time.

  Excellent service from start to finish! Daniel, the Assistant Manager, and the entire team at Express Oil were absolutely amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, and had us in and out quickly without sacrificing quality. It's hard to find great customer service these days, but they truly exceeded our expectations. If you need an oil change or any other vehicle service, this is the place to go! Thank you, Daniel, and the entire team, for providing such outstanding service.   I have lived in Santa Rosa Beach for 5 years, and have always used the Express Oil Change on 98 because of the people that work there. My family and I recently moved to Freeport, and I went back to SRB to get my oil changed and once again had the best experience!!! John and Owen exceeded costume service expectations. Not only were they so good to me with my vehicle trouble, but they entertained my fussy baby with a portable fan to keep him cool, while also being lighthearted Nd fun to keep him happy. They are incredible at their profession, but their costumer service and the full package experience is why my husband and I will always chose them no matter where we live. That care is hard to find these days. It’s appreciated more than you know. Thank you John and Owen!!!
