  They kept trying to sell me products or services even after I said no. It was very loud they kept screaming what they checked. I assume this is what they are supposed to do but it is super annoying

  Went for a standard oil change and inspection staff was quick and friendly but the next time I drove my car my windshield wiper flew off as soon as I turned my wipers on. Customer service claimed they could not have caused it because they just touch the rubber but I don’t see how this would have just been a coincidence when my blades had been installed for 6 months and they didn’t pop off during use until they were inspected by Valvoline staff.

  Tech was knowledgeable and very attentive to want need to be done by asking probing questions to understand what he need to look for and issue the issue my break light was out on the driver side tech ensure that issue was addressed.

  The service was great everyone friendly but after I left my check engine and rds light came on. When I went back they said that they don't do check engine lights and directed me out of the bay. Didn't offer to recheck under the hood. My mechanic found a disconnected vacuum line and he had to clear the code. Good thing I had a coupon for the oil change because it cost me an additional charge for the mechanic. Very disappointed.
