  The prices advertised on the sign is not the price I was charged. They charged me more for the oil change. Also, during the tire rotation, they put my back tires in the front which is wrong. My back tires are a different size with different tire pressures. Definitely would NOT recommend.

  The Sanford location was incredibly kind and friendly despite it being 45 minutes to close. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing them in any way. As with Valvoline - always Google for a coupon.

  Jariza and the crew were great in Sanford. Fast and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for all light maintenance vehicle work.

  I've went to Valvoline to get my oil changed a few times in the past and always had a pretty decent experience. I was very satisfied with one of the techs providing me clear instructions on how to access a $15 off coupon from the website after he asked me iI had any coupons or discounts and I had said, No but I wish I did." Then he volunteered the coupon info. That was excellent customer service in my opinion. The only downside besides having to sit in my car with the AC off for a bit on a hot & humid summer day in Florida, was when the tech was telling me what to do for the brake and turn signal checks, etc. At first I couldn't make out what he was saying because of the way he was shouting it and I just couldn't make out what exactly he was saying at first. I will probably visit again in the future.
