- LSLisette Soto2 days ago5.0I had a great experience with all staff members in the shop. They were funny, nice, and provided fast service. I would start going to Valvoline for my oil change needs.
- RBRebecca BarnesOct 8, 20261.0Started my oil change and then realized they didn’t have my oil filter. Asst Mgr had to run to Autozone. Came back with wrong size filter. Then said he had to run to another store to get one. Waited for over an hour.
- CMChristina MccormickSep 13, 20262.0Been coming to valvoline for over 20 years, but today OMG, over 1 hour and 40 min!!! Basic oil change, no filters no wipers. Told the man, I just had filters changed last visit so im good, he still pulled new filter, took it out of box, just to show me and tell me mine was still good. (Um yeah, I told you that) then 2 different guys couldn't get my oil filter off, (guess it went on too tight) then my drain plug bolt was stripped and had to be replaced (again probably put on too tight and got stripped) either way, what compelled me to write the review was how painfully slow the guys walked, moved and even talked, like everyone ate edibles or took tranquilizers. No sense of urgency or moving with purpose. Literally shuffling their feet and moving in slow motion. Again, 1 hour and 40 min!! My last visit was super quick and lovely, these new guys are half asleep.
- YWYvette WalkerSep 11, 20265.0Please check my most recent service technician/ manager- they have ALWAYS handled my oil change - per my request. I have had a BAD experience with a technician in the past, one that left me with NO OIL in my car, and another employee that stated he rotated my tires- it never happened! But, I'm SO grateful that the CEO along with the new crew, well they have assured my satisfaction! BEST crew that services my vehicle ( per my request when I'm in line) manager and Junior! ALWAYS the BEST service/ costumer satisfaction 👊.They deserve a RAISE! They ALWAYS go above and beyond! Valvoline you should be honored to have these two gentlemen on your team. Miss Yvette 🎯❤️🤗.
