Today, I was charged $79.99 plus tax. No one could explain why the price doubled, and customer service did not help. The police were even called when I questioned the charge. This is not about the money. It is about fairness, transparency, and credibility. Have raised this issue to the BBB and corporate also

The entire visit was a little over an hour but I was able to wait comfortably in my car with the luxury of AC. The techs were very efficient throughout that time, running diagnostics and filling my tires as I moved forward in line. When I got to the front, Justin was my main point of contact. He was polite and personable with his conversation, making professional small talk as we walked me through the process (I know literally nothing about cars). He explained each service, physically showing me why he was suggesting certain things and assisted in making decisions on what was urgent vs what could wait. I truly appreciate that type of transparency and I happily got every service he recommended. I will definitely be back again! Maybe during a weekday if I find the time so the wait isn't quite as long.
