  WARNING.....WARNING....SCAM - (Techs not liable!!!!) basic OIL CHANGE cost $15,000 for a new Audi Engine?? Oil change cost me ....MY CAR! Audi A4 meticulously taken care of... They did not pull me in the bay! My oil light was yellow and red when I left. Said I had faulty oil pressure gauge. Minutes later I came back and the tech signed a piece of paper with proof something was wrong. 3 days later had to spend $249.00+ AAA a flat bed haul to Audi for service to tell me the VALVOLINE TECH forgot to make sure the spring coil was still there. It was missing. Corey the Branch manager DENIES claim as the techs are not trained to look for those things. STAY FAR AWAY! This is not the last they will here from me. LET ME SAVE YOU THE PAIN and SUFFERING!!!!! Valvoline claims in a joke!........no THIS IS PROOF AND 19 DAYS AND STILL NOOOOOOOO ANSWER! WILL BE CONTACTING ALL THE CHANNELS HERE SHORTLY! ROBBERY!!!!! BBB - CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND I AM not GOING AWAY!

  Amazing service from the team. They work together to get the job done fast, and guest satisfaction is their main priority. They don't try to sell you on useless things and make sure the job is done well. Best Valvoline I've been to.

  My husband came in for an oil change, and Branen was incredibly helpful. He performed a quick check on the vehicle and clearly explained upcoming maintenance needs, giving us options without being pushy or trying to upsell additional services.   This location (1851 Rinehart rd in Sanford FL) was the 3rd location i tried between yesterday and today (Fri/sat) and here i finally had a good day ! Polite and efficient — they were about to close But they squeezed me in. ;) Friday i stopped at the winter park location (1058 w Fairbanks ave) and i had to exit because it was soooooo sloowwwwwwww Not sure if it was that fault of the driver ahead of me - or the team doing the work - but it was crazy waitingggggggg….. I did go back but again had a wait ;( Today i stopped at 2493 S.French Ave in Sanford - they also were going very slow. So i left them too. In my final attempt of the day, i was seen even though they were about to close;; the team was polite and efficient. I also received a military discount - thank you ! Although other oil change places do a better discount (20-25%) 😕
