The process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. While waiting, I was able to relax in a clean and comfortable customer lounge.     Let's be clear: the shop did NOT identify or fix the problem—the customer did. After three days without my vehicle and an incorrect recommendation for an expensive repair, I ultimately discovered the actual issue myself. I regret placing my trust in a shop that failed to properly diagnose such a simple problem. ⬇️ This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because it was completely different from the quality of service I've received here in the past. I brought my vehicle in for a no-start issue and was without my car for three days while the shop diagnosed the problem. After that time, I was told that a major component costing approximately $700 needed to be replaced. However, after getting the vehicle back and doing my own investigation, I discovered that two small plastic components on the clutch pedal had broken. The total cost of the replacement parts was approximately $10 ($5 each). Once those parts were replaced, the vehicle started and operated normally. After being without my vehicle for three days, I should not have been the one to identify and resolve the problem myself. I brought the car to a professional repair shop specifically so trained technicians could diagnose and fix it correctly. Instead, I was presented with a costly repair recommendation while the actual issue turned out to be a simple and inexpensive mechanical failure. To make matters worse, I noticed damage to my front bumper after taking the vehicle home. This was never disclosed or brought to my attention by the staff. I also found green radiator fluid on and around the engine bay, raising additional concerns about the care and attention given to my vehicle while it was in their possession. Based on this experience, it appears there may have been changes to the team, as the level of technical expertise and professionalism did not reflect what I had come to expect from this location. A misdiagnosis is frustrating enough, but being without my car for three days, finding the actual problem myself, discovering undisclosed damage, and receiving the vehicle back in questionable condition is simply unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the quality, accountability, and customer service that previously earned my trust. To reiterate: the issue was not diagnosed by the shop. The customer found the actual cause, replaced two inexpensive clutch pedal components, and the car started immediately afterward. That fact alone makes this experience difficult to overlook.
