  Stopped in to make an appointment. Pablo Alamo informed me that they could provide the service right then if I wanted . They were very efficient at a great price ! I highly recommend Tuffys and Pablo !

  This experience was abysmal. They are not where you want to go! Avoid at all costs. We went there expecting honest information. They charged us a few thousand dollars, ordered the wrong tires so we had to come back a second day and then 2 days later the emergency light notification goes on that was not there before they did work so we have to go back a third time. Then miraculously it is simply a coincidence and they can’t help us or they’d have to charge us more. For something that was perfectly fine a week ago. Coincidences in car repair like that? I think not. Run in the opposite direction from these dishonest money grabbers.

  My A/c stop working suddenly Saturday at noon, so I decided to visit this location around 1 thinking this place will be full for today… , but no. Mr Seth at the counter ( a really professional) immediately took care of my vehicle and around hour and a half my car was fixed with 2 year warranty!!

  Been here several times always had a good experience and felt like I was getting a fair price.this time around I was over charged and forced to pay a diagnostic fee with the cost of the fix only mechanic place I know that has every done that she service was provided the only reason I decided to do the service was to not pay a pointless diagnostic fee love the counter guy but I am not happy about the extra charge and will not be returning service was 30 mins labor charge quoted at multiple locations and 250 dollar part at autozone my bill was over 700 save your money go somewhere else took advantage of my wife shame on you guys my fleet nor any of my personal vehicles will never return as well as I will post the video of your guy driving my wife’s vehicle like he stole it

  Shout out to Pablo and everyone there at Tuffys! I had a few items overdue from my 120k service on my Subaru that was financially undoable at the time. Pablo was so patient while explaining why certain services were important and and how it needed to be done. He genuinely showed care about what I needed to have done sooner and notified me of other issues to keep an eye on and return for at another date without the unnecessary pressure or stress. I was able to walk away from Tuffys with my savings still standing strong and car services done ( oil change, battery, coolant, transmission, spark plugs, lug stud, and even my AC ) at a fraction of the cost from other auto shops within a 10 mile vicinity and the dealership. Good people do good things for good people and I only hope for everyone currently at Tuffys to keep prospering. Thank you guys for taking a huge stressor off my shoulders and for keeping it real! You guys are absolutely the good neighborhood shop vibes.
