  Car was overheating. First visit, they replaced the thermostat, $800. Was still overheating. Second visit, they replaced the egr valve and cooler, $1,800. Was told by another shop that that has nothing to do with the cooling system. Car is still overheating. Not sure what the problem is, but hesitant to bring it back to them as I'm $2,600 in so far and the problem is not resolved.

  I was skeptical when I called and he quoted me the price of the repair. The quote they gave me and the repair team were professional and treated like a king.

  This place and their workers are amazing and trustworthy! They’re truthful and I always bring my car here. They’ve always solved all my car issues. Had my wheel bearing, brake pads and roters and Freon all done in one day! Car issues working great now. Also had gotten 3 new tires and alignment done here and was ready in a few days. Really yall this place is amazing, their professional and know what their doing. Shout out to Sed and Cesar and the rest of their team. Great job guys! Million thanks for all your help!

  I would give 0 star if i can, the wort service. My appointment was at 12:30PM i was there at 12:20, they said it will take 1h to 1h 30 mins, came back after 2hours and half to find that noone even checked it. when i asked why, the gentlman at the reception said the manager is in and out he will check it when he can.... Such a waste of time.

  First thing in the morning after we had my mom's car towed to Tuffy in the middle of the night, they investigated the problem. Unfortunately, it was an issue that required us taking the car to the dealer, but Tuffy dealt with us honestly and kindly, not even charging us a diagnostic fee. They made a difficult situation easier.
