SANFORD LOCATION AT LAKE MONROE I'm sorry to say, but being after a 3rd generation of doing business with safe light with today's sophisticated camera system for lane advance. I have to be honest, and I have backing from Hyundai dealership, locally to state that the camera was off. Their system is not fine-tuned with Hyundai specs. I had numerous times in sanford, going back and forth to have them recalibrate, to tell me that there had been no problem with their reading of the elaine, assist, my car constantly been pulling to the right, and this had been replaced with a OEM replacement windshield due to the fact that unfortunately the aftermarkets may have caused problems in the past. I have to say this is freedom of speech, and this is how we correct the problem. I had to literally chase down the local operation to have them step up and figure out what was going on. They would not take the car to the dealership. I had to go through my insurance company. And by the way, State Farm does have an interest in safe light, but they do give you the option where to get it repaired with the reputation of safe light. I had returned for the third time and still there was no resolution, not even their own operation. At their headquarters was able to get in touch with them. They would not contact or correspond back with them. Finally, we were able to get in touch with them. But still, they stood the ground telling me that there was no problem with the lane assist. Well, by God there was and it hasn't. It's been documented with Hyundai. Not all of the systems are in tune with the manufacturer specs. There was absolutely an issue with the lane assist. And now the car is performing up to factory specs. No pulling I have been fighting with them, literally back-and-forth. While I've been home recouping from surgery and they tell you when you're recouping from surgery, you should stay calm and relax while you are recouping. This has been an ongoing problem. And this should never have happened. It had made a very horrible recovery time. While i've been home. Poor communications, poor customer service, and if we need to show proof that dealership has all the records to show that the camera was not centered properly. Hyundai and a lot of other car manufacturers do cover the rights to their system for not just copyrights, but also for safety. So car owners beware, if you are having a problem and your car is still operating in a way that you think that it's not operating properly. Push the issue to get the vehicle to the dealership. To where they have the proper diagnostics. Safe light, you have been a letdown. Absolutely, and what i'm gonna do if I ever need a windshield. I will push to have it done at the dealership where they are able to align the car properly and it is not unheard of there are manufacturer vehicles that do not allow the car to be aligned that, unfortunately, they do have to go to the dealership for fine tuning, take the word of the customer, remember the old saying customer is always right.

Do not use!! these people, sent a tech to fix a simple star chip in my windshield. right off the bat he says if I repair this it might make the chip expand, I would like to replace the whole windshield and insurance will cover,(trying to increase insurance bill) I said no, fix, so he proceeded to crack my windshield beyond repair, told me insurance would cover, and they would replace the entire windshield under warrantee. What BS, they are scamming the insurance companies. then my second appointment was cancelled 5 min before schedule. never, never uses this company, never....

The mere convenience of Safelite coming to our house to replace the windshield was a great option. Communication throughout the process was excellent and installed within the initial timeframe.
