  This was the best rental car experience ever . The general manager Mike went above and beyond assisting me with a sane day booking . I accidentally booked at the wrong location with a totally different company and he got me into the same type of vehicle as I had booked somewhere else with a better rate. To say I was impressed was an understatement. Malaya was also so pleasant as she assured I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose before I drove off the lot. I will definitely book with this specific location anytime I’m visiting the Sanford/Orlando area. I would highly recommend this company and location to anyone looking to book a rental vehicle in this area. 10/10

  As an Emerald Club member, I thoroughly enjoy the no-line, no-wait service. Although the rental isle has experienced some limitations in recent visits, the overall experience remains worthwhile.

  The cars all had keys in them and they would point you at the car to take. They pointed me at the car, which someone was already in, that was the last premium car. I went back in and they then grabbed keys out of a drawer, and put me in a little Cadillac SUV, it got me where I needed to go, but it was all dinged up, my phone couldn’t connect to it appropriately, and the GPS on the car wouldn’t work, so my phone was dead by the time I got to the hotel, and the remainder of the trip was hit or Miss as to whether or not my phone would sync. Returning the car was very easy, and the man who received it had a smile on his face and was very nice.
