    George was super helpful. They got us in a rental car right away. The rental was clean. Friendly service. They made it super easy to rent. It's best to reserve car online. Highly recommend

    Its was a Horrible experience waited half the day for a SUV then had it 2 days tire blew out on 417 toll highway could have died and was told by enterprise road side since I was scared and nervous on the shoulder of the 417 they wont send a tow truck call the police since I was shook up and wait. Meanwhile still stranded never sent a tow thank God my Job sent a co worker or I would have just been stranded with police to just console me until whenever they decide to send help and the raod side help hung right up on me and left me there to call 911 no accident thank God or injuries just needed roadside assistance I wouldn't trust Enterprise at this point.

    Reserved a vehicle over a week in advance. Website had availability. I spoke with them the day before my reservation and nothing out of the ordinary was mentioned. I called an hour before my reservation and STILL nothing was mentioned (I called to ask if I had to be there at the exact time and they told me no). Anyways, I show up and he tells me they don’t have a vehicle for me. That they “have been trying to find one all day” …. I feel like it would have been wonderful to know this before I rushed out of work, packed up my two toddlers to drive 30 minutes away all to find out they couldn’t honor the reservation? At the very least they could have mentioned this WHEN I CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM ABOUT TIMING. A simple “hey, actually, don’t bother coming because we can’t locate a vehicle that fits the description that you booked, here are your options, etc.” But, good customer service would have been calling me the minute they realized they weren’t going to be able to honor my reservation so I could have had the chance to make one somewhere else but they wasted my time and offered no reasonable explanation for the poor customer service other than “I’m sorry, I told someone to call” and “again I’m sorry but I’m the only manager in”. As a manager myself, this is NOT how you make something right. This was handled so poorly and I will be sure to never use enterprise again. Waste of time, tons of added stress for no reason other than poor communication skills.

    Reserve the vehicle over 2 weeks ago called 2 days before pickup to confirm availability was to told yes it will be available to get a call 30 minutes before the pickup time that they dont have a vehicle big enough for what I need and the person tried to put me in a 5 seater car when I have 7 people. Told me they called all around to find me something with was a lie I called the orange city location which they had the jeep Wagoneer sitting there and had vans available i would not recommend this location to anyone I would say drive the extra 10 minutes to orange city the guy working the desk take his job serious and makes sure you are get your needs taking care of

    We waited in line for over 40 minutes for my rental van. There was a line of people out the door, who had been here longer than me. They had only two guys working. One of the guys stopped assisting people to go vacuum out a van. I’ve been using enterprise faithfully for many years but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please do better.
