  When I flew into Sanford Orlando on a late flight in December 2025, I went to Enterprise to pick up the vehicle I had reserved online. There was a large crowd waiting, but an employee quickly stepped in to help move the line along efficiently. I was also given an upgrade, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m flying in again tomorrow and look forward to renting with Enterprise again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Had to book an emergency rental car to pick up the same day as I was calling for one. Picked it up In Orlando drove it home to West Coast Tampa Bay area. The return in New Port Richey went so smoothly. Highly recommend!!

  Reserved a van a week prior. Showed up at my pick up time and no van. They sent me to sanford airport to get one. Had to pay alot of additional fees because of the airport. They should of had my van waiting for me in Longwood. Major inconvenience and caused our road trip to be delayed by almost 3hrs. Unacceptable!

  When we landed we upgraded our rental to a Grand Wagoneer, but I didn't feel it was worth double the rental cost. Admittedly I was exhausted and I didn't think about the cost which was my fault. We returned to the airport and we were greeted by Acosta and the manager PIERSON ROBBINS Tri-Brand Branch Manager at Orlando Sanford International Airport who expedited back to our original rental a GMC Sierra SLT pickup truck. I hate being that customer that causes extra work. The truck was almost perfect, except for the lack of adaptive cruise controls and the outside mirrors need to be towed dried. The mirrors get water spots from the car wash. The water spots on the mirrors make seeing at night hazardous when you consider for most people this is the first time in the vehicle. Otherwise we loved to 1400 miles we spent in the Sierra SLT pickup truck. Getting back to Plattsburgh, New York, we went to the local Enterprise location where we were greeted be another amazing staff member. Management Trainee Mathieu Durkin is an exceptional person. What a great attitude he has. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our experience and I know these employees make the difference.

  When arriving to enterprise on 4/25/2026, I was immediately greeted by three wonderful staff members. They were very clear and precise with all information pertaining to the services. This was my first time renting a car and the services the team members provided made it an experience I will never forget. When returning the rental vehicle I was also provided excellent service by another team member who was bright eyed bushy tailed at 5:45 on 4/28/2026 in the morning. She had a smile on her face and was very polite. Asked about my trip and actually listened to me ramble for a few moments. Hands down best customer service I have ever received, and would 100% recommend this location to anyone visiting that area and needing a rental. My only "complaint" is the vehicle could use an alignment and or balanced, as it pulled a little to the right. Even with that I was very happy with every part of this experience! Thank you to those staff who made this an easy and enjoyable you all deserve a raise and praise from your management for going above and beyond with your customer service!
