  If I could give 0 stars I would, they require to use a credit card instead of a debit but if you’re flying in you can use a debit card? Makes 0 sense! Secondly, no where on the website or during the check in process does it state they charge a 400 deposit fee for a 160 dollar rental lol. Your policy sucks and so does your lack of disclosing Important information!

  Seriously the easiest process I've ever had renting a vehicle, out of Sanford Florida. It was fantastic. I got to bypass the counter and check in on the app and got to pick my car. I will never use anyone else because of the fantastic experience. The ease of renting was an absolute pleasure. Loved there easy process and selection of vehicles.

  Enterprise at Sanford Airport was fantastic and The staff members were incredibly professional and friendly. I arrived on a Weds morning at 9:30 am, walked directly up to the counter, with absolutely zero wait time. In less than 5 mins I was in the car (that I got to select) and on my way to the parking lot exit. Upon return, we arrived at 6:30 am, well before the doors opened and surprisingly, was met by another friendly Enterprise staff member waiting to check me in. I was greeted with a smile and chipper attitude. It took literally 30 secs and I was on the way to the airport ticket counter. I've never had such an easy rental car pickup and drop off process.

  They ruined my vacation! They first canceled our rental without any notice. They tried to correct it and offered me the same rates only to tac on an extra $200. We were gonna say yes only to be told that the down payment would be raised from $300 to $500 when i called 3 weeks ago and was told the total price was going to basically be half the cost. I showed the receipt and down-payment information provided to use by customer service for the airport location and they refused to honor it.

  We had some issues with a check oil light coming on. We took it to Enterprise in Key West and they said it was normal in that car but could take it to shop in morning. Took to shop and guy did not check the oil just said it was common. Key West said would swap but no car available. They guaranteed I would not be at fault if it led to damage, so took good faith and drove back. Tried calling number before and after all this. I was nervous on returning and scared just to go have oil checked at any oil place so it was a little nerving. When returning i explained to Nick at the airport. He confirmed the car looked good and that is common on the Jettas. I did not ask for anything but he was so sympathetic and kind he offered to wave my $80 closing fees. I just want to let you know Nick at SFB airport in Orlando really exceeded expectations and has awesome customer service skills. I dont write reviews unless absolutely deserved and employees do more than expected. He did! Thank you.
