  Pick and drop of was easy because of the locations Dzeanan the agent made drop off an easy process offering great customer service with a professional attitude.. although he was busy with a customer he acknowledged me upon entering to assure he will be with me asap.. unlike the experience I previously had with the other rental place who gave me a vehicle with 1/8 tank of gas and did not register the amount on paper but Ill their name out .. Enterprise is my go to for car rental

  Rented from Sanford Airport. They stayed open late because our flight was delayed. Nice people. Nice car.

  I rented a minivan from Enterprise for a family trip to Georgia, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. About two hours into our drive, we realized that the air conditioning was not cooling at all. It felt like the vents were simply blowing warm air like a fan. I was traveling with 16-month-old twins and two senior citizens, both 64 years old, so this was not only uncomfortable but also very concerning given the heat. Since it was the weekend, we called Enterprise’s hotline for assistance. We were instructed to drive to the nearest airport location to exchange the vehicle. We really had no choice because the van had become extremely hot and everyone inside was uncomfortable. We had to interrupt our trip and go out of our way to Atlanta Airport in Georgia just to replace the vehicle. This caused a significant delay, and we arrived late to the event we had already paid to attend at Stone Mountain’s autumn festival. Our family lost valuable time at the event because of an issue with the rental vehicle that should have been identified before it was given to us. When the replacement vehicle was provided at the Atlanta Airport location, I immediately noticed the difference in the air conditioning and even pointed it out to the manager. The replacement vehicle’s AC worked properly, confirming that the original minivan clearly had an air-conditioning problem. I later contacted Enterprise requesting a reasonable rate adjustment because of the inconvenience. I was told to contact American Express because the reservation had been made through them. I did so, and the American Express representative coordinated with the Enterprise branch manager, Brandon. In the end, I was only given a $40 adjustment for the entire rental. Considering what happened, I found the $40 adjustment very disappointing and, frankly, inadequate. We spent part of our family trip riding in an extremely hot van with two toddlers and two senior citizens, had to interrupt our trip to locate an airport rental location, transfer everyone and our belongings into another vehicle, and arrived late to an event for which we had already paid admission. I understand that vehicle problems can happen, but customer service is demonstrated by how a company responds when something goes wrong. I believe Enterprise and the branch manager could have handled this situation much better and provided a more reasonable adjustment that reflected the actual inconvenience and disruption this caused our family. Unfortunately, the $40 adjustment did not come close to making up for the experience.

  Fulfilled a last-minute van rental need for us and came through in the clutch. Every employee that I interacted with was super professional, and very nice.
