  Don’t expect any help from here. I was having trouble getting my headlights out to try and replace them. I asked if someone from inside the store could come help me take a look at it. Both employees looked at me and laughed and said they could only help me match a bulb inside the store. They sat inside and watched me struggle for another half hour with my after market lights and then the older gentlemen in his autozone red shirt came outside smiled at me, got in his truck and left.

  Cyrus was the one who helped me and was very helpful and patient. I went into change some break light bulds and offer to install them and made sure they worked perfectly before I left. Very helpful patient even in the Florida heat. Definitely recommend his help

  I love Autozone, but not today. Had a coilpack go out driving to work. Stopped in Sanford for the code and loaner tools to fix. The lady was so dismissive and rude. Did not listen to my questions, walked d away from my car, leaving it running and key in it. Much more...treatment so bad, I limped my car to the competitor and purchased from them. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
