  This morning, I went to the store to pick up a battery after receiving a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, both employees—a male and a female—told me that the battery was not in stock and that they would have to order it from the hub. As I was walking out, the battery suddenly “appeared.” Since I had two minor children with me, the female employee offered to bring the battery out to my car so I wouldn’t have to take the kids out of the vehicle. While she was getting the battery, I opened the hood and prepared my car so the battery could be installed. However, when she came outside with the battery, she told me, “If the battery was purchased online, installation is not included,” and then walked back inside. My current battery was completely dead, so I was unable to start my car. As I was trying to get the vehicle running, I noticed that she was watching me through the window. As I began pulling away, she came running outside trying to stop me. I called the store afterward to ask where I could find the information stating that online battery purchases did not include installation. The male employee told me that the female employee was going to change the battery. At that point, I decided not to return to that location. I went to another store instead, and the experience was completely different. From the moment I arrived, I received exceptional customer service and was treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled at the first location was extremely disappointing. Clear and consistent communication with customers is important, especially when policies and services are involved. I hope management addresses this situation so other customers do not have a similar experience.

  This place is terrible, they have 3 employees and only 1 working the counter and cashier. I waited at cash recycle 10 min while the blonde lady in gray shirt sat there looking at me and just only helped people in line for parts counter. I was literally second in line at cash register and she gets to me and says “oh I gotta go help the people at parts counter they where before you” which was a lie. She was definitely racist! I have shopped here for years, but will never go back to to place or give my money to these racist location. I was Hispanic and all others there were white including her! Went to the auto zone in Apopka and had a great experience and was treated as an equal. I visited today at around 3pm, racist lady was old white lady with blond hair, grey shirt and very lazy eye.

  We were in a real time crunch when one of our vehicles had an issue pop up. Immediately Cyrus was able to diagnose our issue and went above and beyond in service, assistance, and efficiency. 10/10 recommend Cyrus!

  Had some trouble figuring what to buy for my first oil change with my new car. After finding out that Copilot AI was wrong, Cyrus B, one of the store associates, was kind enough to give me a helping hand in identifying the right products for my oil change while saving me money! He helped me pick out the products, gave expert advice, and acquired ongoing store discounts and promotions for my purchase. Shout out to him for being so gracious and customer-focused! 👍👍 These last few times frequenting Autozone has been very hassle-free and efficient, and I will definitely be back for more!

  I went to get new windshield wipers and oil and Cyrus B was awesome! He helped me get everything I needed and showed me how to do my wipers. (I’ve never changed them in my own before haha but now I know!) absolutely amazing service!
