I had an excellent experience renting a car from Alamo in Orlando. Ravi was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and he genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. Alamo is lucky to have someone like Ravi on their team. Thank you Ravi for the exceptional service!

Great service! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Some issue with groaning and grabby brakes and erratic acceleration. Need a good VW mechanic. Wiper blades worn.

Ravi is the man!!! We had a canceled flight, and then when we finally arrived, Turo canceled our rental car. Ravi completely saved the day! He hooked us up with a car and made what had been a stressful travel day so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and took great care of us. Highly recommend. Thank you, Ravi!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We've now tried most of the rental company options from the SFB airport and this was our second time trying Alamo. Our first experience was great! We just wanted to try the other companies because they had lower prices, but their service let us down every time. We tried Alamo again this time because the prices were similar to the competition and our previous experience made us want to try it again. We are absolutely going with Alamo when flying to SFB from now on. It's a smooth pickup and drop off every time, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and there are not hidden unwanted surprises like additional fees or downgraded cars like we've experienced every time with the other companies. We especially appreciate how tolls are handled with Alamo, the other companies use fear tactics to upsell unnecessary things like prepaying and overpaying tolls. The ONLY "complaint" we have was that the vehicle options were limited to vans that had very few features - like no power seats, no surround camera for parking assistance, and other features that we enjoy in our own vehicles back home. This wouldn't keep us from renting from Alamo again in the future, it was just a bit of a let down and would have been nice to have during the trip. Overall, we will be back and look forward to using Alamo again.
