If you're going to refuse to check IDs at self-checkout then maybe remove the sign saying that lottery, alcohol, and tobacco can be purchased there. They kept making me wait and checked out at least 10 people who got there after me. Both rolled their eyes when asked for help. Not that this post matters. Customer service is absolutely dead in the corporate world these days. Racetrack and all of their managers have absolutely no care for providing decent customer service
