This Pilot is a truly unique place. For all its convenient layout, great location, and other perks, the service here is simply terrible. I stopped by one morning recently. Access is very convenient. The complex itself is nice, the location is excellent, and the shelves are fully stocked—there’s plenty of everything. But the staff... We were all standing in a huge crowd, waiting for the only open register. Nearby, right behind the cashier, another employee was walking around—a woman in glasses named Shannon. She looked at us; I deliberately made eye contact, trying to signal that she should help her colleague, given the large number of customers. But at that exact moment, she grabbed a cleaning spray and a sponge and rushed off to clean a window, pretending to be busy with other work. We were all still crowded in line. Then there was another young woman with dreadlocks. I approached her and said I wanted to buy some pizza, pointing out the slice I’d chosen. She took the pizza and put it in a box, but instead of taking it to the register to ring me up, she set it aside and started helping another customer. Then she took that other customer's pizza and brought it to the register. I just stood there in total shock, staring at her and the box containing my pizza.
I stood there like an idiot, staring at my pizza box sitting far back on the counter while the woman with dreadlocks went to help another customer; I didn't know what to do. Finally, Shannon deigned to come over, took my pizza, and—acting as if she were doing me a huge favor—rang it up. I showed her the thermos I had with me (hoping for a free tea refill as compensation), but they charged me for the thermos, too. Terrible place. And by the way, the glass that Shannon supposedly went to wipe down at the very beginning remained dirty, covered in greasy fingerprints. Terrible service..

I was traveling through and stopped here to fill up with gas. The pump refused my card twice so I went in to pay at the counter. An hour later I got notification from my bank that somebody from the station hacked my card for $225.00.
I do not know if it was if it happened at the counter or at the pump but you can rest assured I will never go to this gas station again. I have to close my car down order a new one. Which causes inconvenience because all the auto payments I have on that card I have to call the companies and change them to the new card.

"I am a frequent customer and a professional truck driver, but the experience at this 29933 Sate Rd 52 San Antonio, FL 33576. branch has been consistently disappointing. On June 12, I faced hostility and obstruction from the staff, Amber and Christine, when trying to access services. This follows previous issues with staff member Steven who provided inconsistent pricing and failed to register my parking payment in the system.
I want to highlight that Colleen Smith from corporate customer service was incredibly helpful and professional; unfortunately, the branch staff does not uphold those same standards. I have already escalated this to corporate as I have felt discriminated against based on my background. I urge management to audit this location immediately. If you are a professional driver, be aware of the lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior
