  I walked in thinking I had a problem, but it turned out to be user error on my part. Trent was incredibly honest, professional, and helpful, I really appreciated him taking the time to help instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Thanks again for the bailout Trent — I’ll definitely pay it forward

  The service was fast. The prices were fair. The staff was knowledgeable. This should have earned this AutoZone a better review. However, one representative had a bit of an attitude. After I made it clear I’m not the most informed about cars, he started calling me “baba.” I didn’t like the tone, so I looked it up after he finished replacing my car battery. It means “fool” in Spanish. Last time I checked, it isn’t acceptable to insult customers to their face, even in another language, especially when their only “crime” is being less knowledgeable than the store representative.

  Let me tell you something crystal, was an amazing help we had a time taking off my girls jeep doors and crystal was there to help with everything tool . Yes i said jeep doors we need a breaker bar and a WD-40. Thank you so much crystal

  I am absolutely appalled at this store. The manager left her SMALL babies in the car to work. Not for a short amount of time either. I understand times are hard but you can NOT leave your children in the car !!!!!!!! Anything can happen. I told her it was NOT okay & she took her name tag off walked outside & LITERALLY told me to “fight about it”. We left after ordering our part for a later pickup. That was 11am. We returned at 5pm & the part was NEVER ORDERED after we paid for it…AND she was there with her children in the car !!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable. The customer service from her was disgusting. The 2 men were very nice but SHOULD HAVE STOOD UP TO HER when it came to innocent children. They wouldn’t even give me her name when I asked. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
