  Here’s a polished Google review version that keeps your experience detailed, emotional, and professional while still being strong and direct: I normally go to the Jiffy Lube location on 58th & Central and have NEVER had an issue. They are always professional, quick, and respectful. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was the complete opposite. On May 3rd, I went in for a routine oil change. I even mentioned to the store manager that the service was taking much longer than normal compared to the location I usually visit. I’ve owned my car for 6 years and have never had any major mechanical problems besides replacing the battery and compressor. Then on Mother’s Day, while out with my 3 daughters, my car suddenly started stalling and smoking. I had to pull over into the Walgreens parking lot on 34th St N & 70th Ave N because I was scared to continue driving. The next day, I had my car towed back to Jiffy Lube. When I spoke with the manager and their mechanic, I was told there was oil everywhere underneath my car, all over the belt, and in places oil should never be. Their own mechanic admitted that if my car had any oil leaks before the oil change, it would have been documented and brought to my attention — which it never was. That alone proves my car did NOT arrive there leaking oil, submerged in oil, or stalling out. I then paid for a second opinion from a professional mechanic, who confirmed my crankshaft had been damaged due to major oil exposure. Despite this, District Manager Garrett immediately tried to blame my compressor, even though my AC compressor was replaced last August and has been working perfectly fine ever since. It honestly felt like they were trying to deflect responsibility instead of acknowledging the facts. I documented everything from the day my car broke down on Mother’s Day to the day it was inspected. I have videos, pictures, and records to support everything I’m saying, and I will also be sharing more details in my BBB review. At the end of the day, I’m now a single mother without transportation, I’ve already missed 2 days of work, and my fully paid-off car is now severely damaged after going in for nothing more than a basic oil change. This situation has caused a major financial and emotional setback for me and my children. I truly did not want to take the legal route. I simply wanted my car fixed and accountability taken. Please save yourself the stress and avoid this location.

  Manager and team at St Pete location were incredible today. Got oil change, tire rotation and front brakes/rotors replaced. Perfect service! And real fast!!!!
