  Many years ago I bad service from a rep and stop using Enterprise but went back & the Staff members were extremely nice & professional . I will go to Enterprise from now on

  In my 64 years of driving, I’ve never had a smoother rental experience. The Enterprise agent picked me up at the nearby collision center where my car was being repaired, drove me to the Enterprise office, offered a choice of vehicles and sent me on my way. Ten minutes max. Five days later, I returned the rental car to the collision center, dropped it off, and drove off in my repaired vehicle. Ten minutes later, I had a followup email from Ray at Enterprise. My smoothest car rental experience ever, hands down.

  The woman who helped me with the rental, made sure that Progressive Insurance was told that they had covered the collision aspect of the rental. The Progressive Adjuster was not going to cover the rental with the collision coverage. But with the insistence of the woman who helped me, I kept telling the adjuster that Progressive had covered this in the past. I finally had to ask for the supervisor of this adjuster to get the collision coverage to the rental. I'm glad that the woman at Enterprise knew the real deal. This sort of thing needs to be told to the customer, i.e., that you need collision coverage. Although I was the claimant against the other person's insurance, which was Progressive also, I would not have been able to rent a car from Enterprise because I personally do not have collision coverage on my Progressive insurance (I changed this now). This must be told before the customer arrives at the store to get a vehicle. I would have been stranded at the store if I had been denied (I had taken an Uber to get to the store), and would have had to take another Uber to go back home, wasting money and time.
