  Easy peasy for my rental, love the employees there! I’m writing my review based on an observation when dropping my car off. I’m not sure the situation, but there was a woman who was upset due to an issue with another branch (I think). The kindness and compassion of the employees working to solve her issue was unmatched! They were so positive and supportive during the interaction I witnessed, I needed to write a review

  Horrible customer service. Manager is very rude. Vehicle was not available after I arrived with reservation. Never called. Uber there and back home and not even an apology to the disruption/expense they caused. She called me following day only to hang up on me when I answered. I called back and she said they didn’t call me. Rude
