  The vehicle was ready for pickup at my reservation time. The vehicle got me from Florida to Tennessee and back again with no issues. The return process was effortless.

  Great experience renting from this location with Peturla! She was helpful, friendly, professional and quick! She made the checking in and out process smooth and effortless! She went above and beyond! I will definitely rent again and recommend!

  Its been almost a year since renting from this location and I find out that the rude lady at this location I believe her name is Lisa.... put me on the do not rent list after being rude on the phone and hanging up on me as I was on my way to the location. When I got there I let them know that I was hung up on and no one cared and she told me to leave I rented from this location for years and it's definitely giving racist on her part especially being in a predominantly black neighborhood got to do better. I was also told that I would hear back from risk management and I'm still waiting on that.

  Wow, I really just feel scammed. I was in an enterprise for over a week and they’re so wishy-washy on their policies. It’s such a difficult experience and I just felt stuck and I did not realize how much easier how much more flexible how much cheaper going through Hertz was I’ve always just used Enterprise and I feel so stupid so if I can help at least one person by this review, I will leave it. I never leave bad reviews, but please go to Hertz. It’s so much better and honestly it’s in the best rental experience I’ve ever had so at least give them a call before you book here.
