  Wonderful Staff. Super friendly and inviting. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Could not have made purchasing our Grenadier any easier, even from across the state. Marcus explained all we needed to know and Paul handled all the paperwork. Great experience!

  After doing years of research I finally decided to go to the dealer to kick the tires, literally. Marcus came outside to meet with me. We began discussing models and trim packages. Marcus was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Marcus did not pressure me at all when I told him I needed to think things over before I I took a test drive. I came back the next day for a test drive and again no pressure as I test drove several models. I settled on the Brittania Blue. The overall experience was exceptional.

  From the first day we made contact after I had browsed the Crown website all the way to today when we closed on my 2025 Ineos Grenadier, Jim made the process low key but highly communicative. The dealership had a nice supply/inventory and the staff was uniformly helpful. He lived close to me and even offered to Drop by with his Ineos so I could see it up close. Clearly I am satisfied and have the vehicle I want but he is the reason that I got to the finish line (slowly) with all the information I needed to make my decision.
