  Recently purchased my 3rd Genesis from Crown. Austin was my sales rep. Austin was so patient with me as I wanted to look at several different models and color combinations. He was very knowledgeable and thorough describing all of the different feature and functions of each one. Most of my time in the dealership was Austin helping me get all of the settings to my liking before leaving. Bluetooth set up, Sirius XM set up, profile and fingerprint set up. He even took the time to make me a video to help with a few things that slipped my mind after leaving. We absolutely love our new Genesis! Financing and paperwork were seamless as well. Personal care is important when making a big purchase and Crown offers that every step of the way.

  I had an incredible experience purchasing my Genesis GV70! Austin was absolutely amazing to work with—he provided top-notch customer service, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A huge shoutout to Mark in the finance department as well. He went above and beyond to make sure I got a monthly payment that fit my budget perfectly. The entire team truly cares about their customers, and the level of service here is unmatched. If you are looking for a new car, I highly recommend asking for Austin McWhorter or Taylor Davis ❤️👌🏼

  We are loving our new Genesis SUV. Austin and Joel were terrific salespeople. They are both very knowledgeable about so, so many of the car's features. Austin has been wonderful with follow up and clearing up any miscommunications. We are so impressed by the car's smooth ride, pick up and incredible technology. It met our key criteria of turbo engine, keyless start, cooling seats and with the bonus of a real spare tire. Genesis was recommended by a friend and we're very glad we listened and went into Crown for a test drive. Overall, we would definitely recommend Crown Genesis and Austin and Joel in the sales department.

  We had an exceptional experience with our sales person Jhordan Rodriguez hiriart & brand manager Justin. I called in the afternoon about a specific car, we drove in after work and we were on our way with the new car and our trade in complete by the time they closed. They were straightforward, efficient & friendly which is a hard thing to come by at a car dealership! We left feeling like we were given a very fair deal and so happy with our new car. We had a few poor experiences with other genesis dealers closer to us & the drive over to St. Pete was well worth it for the service we received. I highly recommend using this dealership for anything Genesis in and around Tampa Bay.

  I had been bringing my car here for years and getting great service. Every time the car was dropped off they do a complete video walk around. But a few months ago my driver's side door was dented while it was getting work done. I notified the service center after I noticed it when I got home. They took days to call me back. Once they did they said it was out of the window they could say it was their fault. And they no longer had the video to prove it wasn't there when I dropped it off. They have taken no responsibility and have not returned my phone calls to get my maintenance history sent to another shop. I would not recommend them to any other Genesis owner.
