Both employees were very personable and professional and made me feel very welcome. I received excellent service!!

Today—February 4, 2026—I arrived at this location after being referred by another AutoZone store, because I was told they had a specific part for my car in stock (they had checked their computer system). A gentleman named Divindra asked me what I needed; I explained that I had been sent over from the other store and told him which part I required. At that point, he became annoyed and called the other store, describing me as someone who couldn't speak English and telling them not to send anyone over unless they were absolutely certain about the request. I felt offended by the way he referred to me—it was completely disrespectful—especially since I had spoken to him in English the entire time. It is worth noting that he is 100% Indian; however, I do not judge people based on their appearance—I only mention this so that if anyone recognizes him, they can avoid running into the same issue.
