  I went to another auto parts store to get new windshield wipers, but they didn’t want to install them because it was sprinkling outside. I came to this location instead, and Alex helped me find the right wipers for my car and installed them with no problem. Great customer service and really appreciated the help! I'll always go to AutoZone from now on!!

  I have been an AutoZone customer for over 20 years. Throughout that time, I have consistently chosen AutoZone over competitors like Advance Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, NAPA Auto Parts, and others because I believed in the company and valued the customer service experience. Unfortunately, my recent experience has made me seriously reconsider where I spend my money. I purchased a 24mm socket and, less than an hour later, returned to exchange it for a 24mm box wrench. I did not have the receipt with me, and I honestly cannot recall whether I was given one at the time of purchase. I understand policies exist, but I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. I purchased the box wrench, but I still need to return the socket. Bob told me there was no way to look up the receipt using my credit card and that his district manager was “cracking down.” What was frustrating was that it felt like the focus was on enforcing a policy rather than finding a way to help a long-time customer. I left feeling disrespected and unappreciated. I understand not having a receipt creates an inconvenience, and I take responsibility for that. However, after 20+ years of loyalty, I expected a little more effort, professionalism, and customer-focused service. Companies need to understand that customers make decisions based on experiences like this. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years on automotive parts, tools, and supplies, and I will be taking a hard look at competitors like Advance Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, NAPA, and others for my future purchases. It’s not just about a single socket or wrench — it’s about how a customer is treated. I hope AutoZone remembers that loyalty is earned through service, not just policies. **EDIT It has now been 2 weeks since i reached out to corporate for a resolution. They refered me immediately to local regional management and NO RESPONSE.

  Shawn is awesome!!! What a team player. As I was waiting for help Shawn jumped right in and supported his team colleagues. I would promote him to store manager by next week if I were you.
