  Very frustrated with this store today. I was told they had the air intake filter for my motor and I drove across town just to be told they dont even carry them. Then I was charged an extra item at $7.49 and was over charged $5 on a item that was marked lower. I wanted my $13.99 back and $7.49 for the item I dont even have and they offered me $6 and some change for both items..

  Came in 20 minutes before close while it was raining, I needed my negative terminal for my battery tightened. A great employee named Reggie helped me out no problem, came out and had the terminal tightened up right in less than 2 minutes. I know it's technically an easy thing, but he did it with a smile on his face and a great attitude even though I came late and it was raining.

  Toni I assume is the manager had helped me get a battery. She put my info in. When I go to another store they say they can’t find my account. A gentleman who answered before was very understanding but needed the manager to approve if they could give receipt info over the phone to another store ? Confusing. But when she answered the phone told me multiple times that she couldn’t find my account with the phone number. If you’re the manager I don’t know how you can’t find something you put in. When the gentleman who was helping me before her found it the first time. And verified my name. Seems like she doesn’t want to go the extra mile and if there for a check. Wouldn’t come back here.

  I have been a customer of this Advance Auto Parts location on 4th Street North in St. Petersburg for more than two years, and until today I had generally had a good impression of the store. That changed completely. I first had an extremely unpleasant experience with a young employee who was impatient, arrogant, confrontational, and disrespectful toward me as a customer. I later returned with a written complaint because I expected management to at least listen professionally. Instead, the store manager immediately defended the employee, became disrespectful toward me herself, argued with me, told me that other customers had supposedly heard everything, and ultimately ordered me to leave the store. The whole situation felt less like an attempt to resolve a customer complaint and more like everyone closing ranks against the customer. The comments about other customers supposedly hearing everything came across to me as intimidating rather than helpful. I have spent money at this store for over two years and expected basic courtesy and professionalism. I did not receive either. It is especially disappointing because Scott has always treated me with respect, patience, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, today's experience completely changed my opinion of this location. I will not return to this store and will take my business elsewhere.
