Local number hung up on me 800 number apologized but offered no solution. Uber cost both ways to and from cost almost the rental car price. Someone else pulled up to return their car while we waited for the return uber.. this place is nothing but unprofessional . Waisted almost an hour of vacation in the sun and on phone. If I could 0 star thats where it would be....and now some generic bot reply below. To waste more of my time I'm sure. Because they didnt want to make it right on the phone the 1st time. Found out about TURO app. After all of this. Im glad ride share and car shares exist. They had me covered in 1 hour.

As my kids are with me I figured I would take them up on the offer to swap at the local St Pete Beach location. I called to confirm availability of the right size vehicle, and the first person that had difficulty with English forwarded me to the second person who was struggling to find St Pete, but was supposed to be the local office person?!? No concerns with the language barrier, but maybe we don't give said person a roll where that is the entirety of the job.
