    Edit in response to company feedback: Thank you for your response, Heather, but unfortunately this appears to have been more about addressing the public review than actually resolving the issue. I followed the instructions provided and contacted the link you shared. I spoke with a representative at the central customer service office and was informed that because my rental was handled through a specific branch location rather than a regional office, my concerns would need to be forwarded directly to that branch manager for follow-up. I was assured that all of my information and concerns were passed along and that the branch manager would contact me. However, despite that assurance, I have still not received any communication or response from the manager. At this point, it feels like the request to contact customer service was simply a formality rather than a genuine attempt to resolve the issue. *** I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for the past five years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. We rented our car on Wednesday at 2:30pm and returned our rental on Saturday at 1:28pm. Additionally, we altered our vacation plans on Saturday to ensure we would be back in time for our rental drop off; however, we experienced a delay due to the heavy traffic related to the Ironman event in Jacksonville, Florida. Our rental vehicle was returned only 28 minutes after the office closed on Saturday with verified proof on the security drop-off camera. Despite this, we were charged for an additional two full rental days. While I understand policies exist, I was hoping for some understanding regarding the circumstances and at least some flexibility given how minimal the delay was (in addition to being a consistent and loyal customer). I even asked whether a late fee or courtesy adjustment could be considered instead, especially since the return occurred less than 30 minutes after closing and the drop-off time can be verified on camera. Unfortunately, no accommodation was offered. To make matters worse, I called multiple times regarding this issue and was told each time that a manager would contact me, but I never received a return call. The lack of communication and follow-up only added to the frustration. This also follows other disappointing experiences, including reservation issues related to vehicle recalls and having a reservation completely canceled without any notice until we arrived at the branch. Situations like that create major inconvenience, especially when customers are relying on a confirmed reservation. After multiple negative experiences, this no longer reflects the level of customer service I expect from Enterprise. Because of how these situations have been handled, I will not be renting from here again.
