The reservation was also easy to extend. However, there is a $300 deposit. My email did not mention it. It really caught me off guard. Some people don’t have $300 to spare, you know? While the deposit is refunded, it can take up to a week. I have rented from other companies and have never had a deposit that high.

There was a little miscommunication on the comp and collision coverage during the rental however, the team at Enterprise took swift action and corrected the mistake. I appreciate the quick response and the service was great.

It is not clear why this happens so frustratingly frequently with this specific location - the Enterprise app accepts and confirms a reservation and even completes the online check-in process only to be followed by a call from a rep at the location on the morning of the confirmed rental that they actually have no cars available - but will call when a vehicle is available. Naturally, said call never happens. It is a shame because this specific location is really convenient, however their execution of basic business practices clearly needs an overhaul. Judging from the reviews, I am not alone in this observation. Enterprise Fruit Cove - you have totally lost me. Thankful for the reliable alternatives just a few miles away.
