  Had a rental from the Julington Creek location for an auto accident claim. There was a little miscommunication on the comp and collision coverage during the rental however, the team at Enterprise took swift action and corrected the mistake. I appreciate the quick response and the service was great.

  Not at all fond of the Fruit Cove Enterprise office. It is not clear why this happens so frustratingly frequently with this specific location - the Enterprise app accepts and confirms a reservation and even completes the online check-in process only to be followed by a call from a rep at the location on the morning of the confirmed rental that they actually have no cars available - but will call when a vehicle is available. Naturally, said call never happens. It is a shame because this specific location is really convenient, however their execution of basic business practices clearly needs an overhaul. Judging from the reviews, I am not alone in this observation. Enterprise Fruit Cove - you have totally lost me. Thankful for the reliable alternatives just a few miles away.

  Was sent to this location from the Phillips Highway location letting them know I was heading over to swap a vehicle after driving half way downtown on a malfunction in rental which no location has solve upon arrival. Location was closed. No one was there.

  rented a premium 4WD pickup trip to drive kids onto the beach this upcoming week…?2 phone calls all prior all say say no problem that were a day earlier … even rented a day early…get there… staff totally useless… what happened to getting what u rent… said I should go to airport after offering options that would not drive on beach… this is not right…why drive a hr when I severed and talked to people… I work hard and try to give my grand kids a good experience… thank you enterprise … you suck… called all over… and you think they would get back to me…… dont bother … they only deal in low end stuff… and no try to make up !!! Stay away unless u want low end garbage
