- JMJason McMillanOct 7, 20265.0Stopped by for help with a problem. Hard to explain, but I had my rear seat belt very tightly wrapped around my rear Captains chair in my 2017 GMC Acadia. I could not get it loose and everything I did only made it tighten up worse. Let's just say, mistakes were made... Anyway, the only way to fix the problem was to get a T50 bit to take off the seat belt. Even the staff at the store couldn't grasp what I was talking about until they looked at it. I wish I had gotten their names!! I was going to take the bit home and do it myself but they offered to help. Glad they did! Those bolts are seriously in there! Long story short, they got the bolt out for me and helped me keep the situation from getting worse. Really could have torn up my seat. Cant thank them enough for the assistance.

As soon as I walked in i was met by Clara , from the moment she said good morning I realized how friendly she was . She went outside and check the ligght for engine. She checked alternator and battery and the battery was bad . She recommended a few options . After I settle for one she told me it was not in stock but that she could ordered it . From the moment I walked in and my battery was delivered and installed it was only an hour and20 minutes. Most of that time was the wait for the battery to be delivered. Clara was a true professional and friendly . 100% recommend this store in Saint Cloud.
