Driving nights can be long and boring. But stopping in to see Tammy knowing she is always smiling and has the coffee and food hot and ready is one less issue to deal with

Place literally has no free parking they want you to pay for every spot they have. They will try to tow you even if you are parked in a safe spot that's not impending any traffic. I was sleep they banged on my door twice in two different areas of the lot then called the tow truck after I paid for a shower and brought other products in their store. Bathrooms are moldy and dirty they don't properly clean. Avoid location. Only pilot that I've been to that tryna to scam you into to buying paid parking. Let us truckers rest please.

You lost a weekly customer.. might be only 1 $800.00 dollar fill up a week. But ×s that by 4 a month. I drive a car carrier, and you make me leave or get towed after my drive time is up. I will make sure I never have to stop at this place again... and you deserve 0 stars, and zero business...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Pilot. I pulled into an empty pump that was out of service so I could quickly run inside and use the restroom. Before I even had the chance, an employee immediately told me I couldn’t park there. I explained that I just needed to use the bathroom and would be back in under a minute. Instead of showing any understanding, she told me she would call a tow truck if I didn’t move my truck. The fuel line was wrapped around the lot, every parking space—including Prime Parking—was full, and there was literally nowhere else to go. The pump I was parked at wasn’t even operational. I was parked in front of the cone at a pump that nobody could use, and no one was waiting for it. Another employee seemed like he was about to handle the situation more reasonably, but she interrupted him and started talking about how they only had five employees working and repeated that she’d have my truck towed. After hours of driving, I was simply trying to use the restroom. Instead, I was treated like I was committing a crime. I ended up leaving without using the bathroom and had to pull onto the emergency shoulder of an on-ramp because I was about to have an accident. I’m a disabled veteran and receive a Pilot discount, but after this experience, I won’t be spending another dollar at this location. I’ve never been treated this way at Love’s or TA. I’ll gladly drive farther and give them my business instead. I understand employees have policies to follow, but there should also be room for basic common sense and courtesy—especially toward professional drivers who spend hours on the road and simply need to use the restroom. This interaction was unnecessary, embarrassing, and completely lacking in empathy.
